Stayed here for a concert at the Armory. I enjoyed the room I was placed in. Only complaint was that the Air conditioner was not working.

Booked for room with queen bed. Upon check in was told there were no such rooms available (even though I had booked and paid for such a room several weeks before). Had to take a room with two double beds. Check in staff said the fault lay with Expedia. Odd.

Great property, but Expedia forgot That I was staying for 3 nights instead of the 2 they booked me for and I spent hours trying not to get evicted. Never using Expedia again because of this

The rooms are nice and spacious. The AC was unadjustable and said 60 but it was extremely hot. They were doing repairs so I had trouble with attending my zooms threw out the noise. They also forgot to mention the water was off during that time. However the staff gave me water and free amenities due to the situation. Overall the place is clean and very nice!

For the most part, things were good. Construction going on so it was noisy. The light/fan in the bathroom was not working properly. We reported it, but nothing was done.

Everything was good except there was no running hot water in my room. For washing my hands, and taking a shower, you had to let it run for a long time before it got a little warm. They were doing maintenance throughout the hotel, so maybe that effected the water, but otherwise I slept well.

The restaurant has a very limited menu and the service at it was poor, but everything else was good
