The room was lovely, host was nice and communicative, and the house was very beautiful. Keep in mind if you are booking here it is an Airbnb, and the room is located in the owners household. There is a full kitchen and bathroom, with clear directions on what to use, and what not to use. There are several pitbulls on the property, but they are nice. Wonderful stay, i would definitely recommend it!

Initially I was skeptical but the owner was good at communicating so any of my questions were answered. For the price it's a steal. If you like dogs the owner has two very friendly pitbulls that will greet you at the door. The ambience of the entire hotel will put you at ease. I'd come here again if I had to return to the Oakland/Berkeley area anytime soon.

Ok, so DreamCatcher is a literal museum, a botanist's dream and a bed & breakfast all wrapped into one. If you're a 'creative' or you're into the arts... or you simply like ecclectic ambiances, this is the place for you. I enjoyed a great stay. Just read the description so you know exactly what you're booking and you won't be disappointed. Its not a hotel, it is a shared home. My 2 daughters and I were very safe and comfortable.

Clean excellent room with holistic music; all handled with a security code, NOT a hotel . Can reach local bus from Amtrak . Close to San Pablo/30th st. Good value for overnight stay.

If you're looking for simple and inexpensive accommodations, this is the place! From the time you arrive at the property to the moment you walk through the door, the property is covered in green! The indoor plants give the space a rather comfortable and somewhat tropical feel. The human host is kind and laidback and the four-legged hosts are amazing as well!
