It was a nice unit. Very clean. But bathroom appears to have black mold by the shower.

This was our second stay at Eagle Ridge Resort and we’d do it again in a heartbeat. Quiet, clean, nicely done. So easy to book and everyone was helpful.

The room was beautiful and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was helpful. TV service is streaming only and it seemed that the wifi was turned off from 11pm to 8am both nights of my stay

Loved almost everything about this place!!! Amazing view, very clean, staff was super nice and helpful, loved having a fireplace and balcony; even the in room coffee was better than most. Only things we didn’t like were the ice was in a totally different building that we had to drive to (it was hot and melted if we walked) as well as was the pool, fitness center etc. Minor complaints on our wonderful stay! Will return in the fall for sure.

My stay here was amazing! Staff were extremely helpful, there was a lot to do on the resort property, the views were amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised at how large my room was! I highly recommend this resort.

Room was beautiful as well as the direct view to the mountain. Staff was friendly and helpful. But the restaurant Charlie's was absolutely terrible!! Over 1 1/2 hour wait and they served 4 tables who came after us before us. In addition the food was atrocious but server was excellent. Very very poor managerial restaurant outfit. It has a great ambiance and scenery but means nothing when theres poor management. They didnt even discount our food for the whole ordeal.

Beautiful suite for a young family, easy Murphy bed for night time bed space, cute little balcony with a lovely view of the mountain. Lots of stairs, tvs didn’t work (and apparently no one on staff to fix them), and a short walk to the outdoor heated pool. Perfect spot for staying while enjoying summer in the north shore.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — the rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The surrounding nature is stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made our stay truly special. We especially appreciated how quiet and serene everything was — a perfect place to unwind and recharge. The overall experience felt very welcoming and well cared for. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.
