Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estancia y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. El hotel es muy bonito, está muy bien cuidado y las instalaciones se encuentran en excelentes condiciones. Desde mi llegada, el servicio fue impecable; todo el personal fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación también fue un gran acierto. Aunque se encuentra un poco alejado del centro, eso era algo que ya conocíamos al hacer la reserva y, de hecho, fue una de las razones por las que lo elegimos. La zona es tranquila, agradable y se siente muy segura, lo que permitió disfrutar de una estancia mucho más relajada. Uno de los aspectos que más me sorprendió fue el desayuno. La variedad, calidad y presentación de los alimentos fueron excelentes y superaron mis expectativas. Es evidente que el hotel presta atención a los detalles y busca ofrecer una experiencia de calidad a sus huéspedes. En general, todo estuvo a la altura: las instalaciones, la limpieza, el servicio y la atención recibida. Fue una estancia muy cómoda y agradable, por lo que lo recomendaría sin dudarlo y definitivamente me hospedaría aquí nuevamente en futuras visitas.

Breakfast included bagels, chocolate muffins, gf muffins, English muffins, bread, jams, butter, bananas, oranges, cereal, milk, juices, yogurt bar with toppings like fruit and coconut, and then freshly cooked French toast with berries, and mini sausage egg bites. Everything is new and clean. Staff was very welcoming, talkative, and helpful.

Modern simplicity; beautifully designed and furnished, clean and well equiped rooms, wholesome complimentary breakfast, snack store available, access to beautiful bar and restaurant on the AC side of the hotel. With professional and friendly staff in all areas to make your stay safe and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Clean room. Rooms are large with a kitchenette that has a dishwasher, full size fridge, and dishes. Great location - close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Good breakfast - every morning there was some kind of egg dish, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, pastries, and good coffee. Hotel is nicely decorated. Staff is nice and courteous. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful, tasteful, clean space with some local aspects to the interior design (Cosanti and the petrified wood installation). Great breakfast bar and variety of foods and coffees. Awesome

This hotel is very nice design wise. We stayed on the Element side but maybe next time we'll try the other side. We accidentally walked to the wrong side where the rooms had 3 numbers instead of 4, tried scanning the key card only to realize we were in the wrong side of the hotel. My favorite part about this stay is the shower - this is probably the best shower I had in a hotel thanks to the Kohler mist shower head (I will be installing one in my home), not to mention it was more convenient to bathe a 5 year old with the hand held shower head. The kitchenette had everything we needed for pizza/takeout. The lobby looks beautiful and there's a restaurant/bar tucked in the back. Our only complaint was the breakfast - it looks nice with fancy appliances (Smeg and Nespresso) and an attendant that signs you in but the food options are not what you are used to from other places with free breakfast. There was a full on yogurt station but we don't like cold foods for breakfast and much prefer eggs/bacon/bagel sandwich which they didn't really have. There were egg bites but just overall not very appealing. The food also wasn't very appealing to young kids. It was visually appealing but not much substance food wise. If I were to stay here again we would probably have breakfast elsewhere. Overall a beautiful hotel, comfortable, clean, GREAT bathroom. Hopefully the breakfast options gets a huge improvement because this would've otherwise been a 10/10 for us.
