The rooms were beautiful and the steakhouse was really good. It’s in a questionable part of town with a lot of homeless around. It’s great as long as you don’t walk outside of the casino.

Staff was amazing, the room was well prepared, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the restaurant in the casino, prices were good and service excellent. Will definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic stay during our recent trip up to the Seattle and Tacoma area. The property was exceptionally clean, and the room was very well-maintained. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff go above and beyond. They are kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I wish is that there were more gluten free options available. We definitely would stay here again when we are in Tacoma.

Clean and secure property. Lots of parking, right off the highway. Great view of Mt. Rainier from the rooms, cozy and clean. I do wish the espresso bar was open later!

We have stayed at the Emerald Queen, several times, never disappointed. Only one thing this time, the Tribe, had fireworks at midnight… woke up from a dead sleep thinking we were being attacked. Once realized it was fireworks, quickly went back to sleep.

I had an excellent stay at the Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino Tacoma. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel is well-maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated how easy check-in was and how comfortable the beds were after a long day. I also enjoyed dining at the Puyallup Cafe. The food was great, and the service was excellent. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Tacoma area. Great service, clean accommodations, and a wonderful overall experience!

Rooms clean and comfortable. casino open 24 hours. Do wish the casino would be nonsmoking like so many other casinos have done a nonsmoking casino just appears so much cleaner than a smoking one.
