The property is obviously old but relatively well maintained for its' age. Parking near my room was limited, only 9 spaces total for far more rooms. When I initially got back at 10:30pm there were no spaces available so I parked on opposite side of building, about 30 minutes later a space opened up and I moved my car. Probably won't be returning.

Stayed four days and honestly for the price you pay it’s WELL worth it for a nice stay right near Branson downtown. We travel all over the u it’s states etc and this is probably the best hotel for the price we have been to. The clerk desk was friendly and they even offered us a discount if we came back after check out because we was great occupants. If you are into fancy five star hotels this isn’t for you. However for a family wanting a decent place to stay and enjoy your money on vacation highly recommend

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean & smelled great each evening when we returned. Bathroom is extremely small & no vent so it quickly gets warm. Bed was comfortable. No frills, clearly an older hotel with cosmetic issues, & definitely needs some landscaping appeal, but we'd stay again because it's clean, beds were comfy, & it's in a quiet area away from noisy Branson strip. Pillows were very thin--glad we brought ours from home. Enjoyed the nice clean pool. Breakfast waffles are good. Cereal choices are fine. Not impressed with scrambled eggs--no taste. Biscuits & gravy not so great either--hard biscuits & no taste gravy.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. The air conditioner worked wonderfully, and since we were there during a power outage, we were thrilled! The breakfast was hot waffles, biscuits, gravy, and scrambled eggs. There was cereal, juice, flavored coffee, and regular coffee. For an inexpensive motel, it was fantastic! The only drawback we had, and it wasn’t awful, was that there was some kind of something on the floor in the room. We wouldn’t have noticed it except we spilled a cup of water and had to take a towel and wipe it up. The towel came up brown! We didn’t notice anything on our bare feet and the bathroom floors were sparkly white, but there was that…. Other than that factor, we were totally happy.
