This place is so convenient to everything in New York. The staff are simply great. However, this is pure.. The rooms are not always very clean, there was so much mold and mildew in our bathroom and an update of the rooms is definitely needed. However, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are very large for New York. You really cannot go wrong staying here. Just keep your expectations in mind. It has not been renovated in many years. There are several broken, torn, and more things in the hotel.

Believe the evaluations! Yes, it is in a great position. Excellent prices may be found at times, such as through groupons. However, the hotel is run down and filthy. Don't be fooled by the lobby! Because it is beyond what a thorough cleaning could fix, the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. However, a thorough cleaning is also required. There are accurate mold, disgusting hair dryers, dense dust around the baseboard, peeling wallpaper, and a terrible thermostat in the rooms. Despite some complaints, the staff was fairly friendly. Yet, the bellhop required tips to get people's luggage, but I felt bad for him and assumed maybe he was overworked and underpaid like many service positions at this time.

Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang sangat strategis, kamar yang tersedia berukuran kecil, dan stafnya biasa saja. Di sekitar hotel banyak restoran dan toko oleh-oleh. Lift selalu penuh kadang kita harus menunggu lama untuk naik lift.

The location of this hotel is good. But what really made this hotel so special is the staff that was very helpful and kind to me during a bad time which wasn't expected during my holiday. She helps me more than she can understands, so I appreciate the housekeeping Elisa. And thank you for her, she is my saviour.
