★★★★★ (5/5) We only stayed at Le Soleil Hotel for one night, but it was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect close to everything we wanted to see and very convenient for getting around New York City. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The hotel was also exceptionally clean. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, which made for a relaxing stay after a busy day exploring the city. Considering how expensive NYC hotels can be, we found the price to be very reasonable for the quality, location, and service we received. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Le Soleil Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding staff in a fantastic location.

This is our go to hotel in NYC. It feels like a home away from home. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Shelly, at the front desk, always greats us with an enthusiastic smile! The room choices are great allowing space for me to travel comfortably with my adult daughter. The accommodations actually provide a bit of privacy and room to spread out. The location can’t be beat. It is convenient to everything and has wonderful food available within steps.

The room is small. But the staff and amenities make up for it. Loved the experience.

This is a beautiful hotel near Herald Square, so also close to Penn Station and MSG. (It’s also close to the DTrain subway entrance for an easy ride to Yankee Stadium.) The room was not big, but the bathroom was spacious. The entire hotel was very clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Both rooms were very clean and very quiet (neither room faced W. 36th St). Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. Air conditioning worked really well. Elevators occasionally busy, but we never had to wait more than a couple minutes for one to arrive (most of the time there was almost no wait). Receptionists and bellhops were super friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic. Looking at some of the negative reviews: the phone in our room didn't work, but the one in the hall did. We had no problems contacting reception. And yes, the hotel put a security deposit hold on our credit card for each room, but they never sent the holds through and took the holds off the credit card the day after we checked out. That is pretty much par for the course when renting a car and staying at hotels in NYC. Finally, I had one minor question about the bill, and it was resolved promptly. We didn't eat at the hotel, can't review breakfast. Overall, 5 stars. How often do you find a truly quiet hotel room in NYC?? We would stay here again.

Great location to see Manhattan. Easy to get to almost all locations either by walking or by subway. Many restaurants located near the hotel. We love the lobby lounge where it is a fireplace very cozy. Hotel is Right next to the Empire State building. Walking distance to Times Square.

We were pleased with our stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We did experience some noise as we were near the elevator but overall quiet overnight. Sheltered from street noise. Would have liked a little more water pressure in the shower. We would plan to stay again.

The room was extremely clean and put together. I loved the view of NYC from our hotel window and the staff were incredibly friendly! During the trip I lost my key card and the staff was extremely accommodating and didn’t charge me for the lost card but rather did their best to continue to make this a memorable experience. My boyfriend and I travelled together and we were blown away by how close everything was to us- this hotel is really in prime place in NYC but minus all the negative traffic and stuff. If I were to come to NYC I would definitely come here again-It was by far the best luxury hotel I’ve gone to thus far! We drove here and parking was great- we added it to our stay here at the hotel. The only catch is you can’t take your car out until checkout. That being said when you check out you just tell the staff and they will add a sticker to your ticket if you paid for parking during your stay. 10/10 I would come again.

The check in was easy and prompt with no waiting, even on a busy weekend. All staff were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not one thing was dirty! Great location! Had two pre teens and we were very comfortable in the queen with a pullout
