I will never pick a hotel. I always wonder what type of person has traveled and how specific they might be. I've recently had a wonderful experience at a hotel with a good location. First of all, when we got there at around 8:45, the front desk agent went missing. It transpired that she had been leaving her job to eat her dinner. We arrived late at night exhausted and had already taken off our luggage. Once we got settled in our room, roaches decided to play hide-and-seek. The kitchen was filthy, the bathroom and kitchen were infested with roaches and ants. We were as soon as possible to depart the next morning. I did notify the front desk personnel of the condition of the room. They retorted very well and gave me the complete refund I requested. Choose wisely and do not choose this hotel. There are many other options available.

I stayed for about 6 weeks until my new employer sent me home to work, so I went to my real home in another state. The manager and staff were attentive to the issues I raised. The property is centrally located. There seems to be plenty of parking.

After a bad experience at a previous hotel, we moved to this place. They were excellent. When I checked in, they instructed me not to worry about my service dog at no cost. They explained the policy concerning towels and trash. There were no problems with them. My ac leak was the only problem, but they said they could move me. Since my husband was in the hospital and heading home, I stated there was no reason I was checking out early. The manager informed me the following morning that she would reimburse me for a night of my stay due to our ac problem. I was like wow thank you so much. After a certain time, the key to the front door does not work, you must call to enter, which can cause problems. It is now getting repaired. There aren't too much to criticize this hotel. The staff was excellent, and they did their best. I would suggest and remain there again.
