The staff was extremely helpful, I was not able to print my boarding pass as there was no public PC and I don't have a smart phone. The hotel did have wifi, but no use to me, so the manager allowed me to print my boarding pass from my email using their computer. Also, I truly hated to ask for the airport shuttle as my flight was at 5:30 am, but they were happy to do it, and I left the hotel at 4 am. I would definitely recommend staying at the Rodeway Inn Billings! Also a good place to eat across the street.
