The front desk staff and food service staff were very friendly and helpful. In fact during my early check-in, the attendant offered me a lower rate that even I didn’t know I was eligible for. Breakfast included several hot and cold options along with a fresh cut fruit medley. The lobby always has hot coffee for guests and a special gift at the reception desk all day!

I would like to open with the positive. Our room was spotless, clean and quiet. The bedding was great and we slept like babies on the mattress. The TV was large. Bathroom was clean. Now on the not so great … We checked in late. The lobby was okay. The dining area I took a peek at for the morning breakfast was not really very clean. Crumbs and dirty table/counter tops were evident. When we entered the elevator, it appeared someone applied white duct to EVERY visible surface except the buttons. Turns out the hotel was under renovation and they were trying to protect the elevator.

Stayed for a show at the Toyota center. After a 3 and a half hour drive we arrived a half hour before check in time. Desk clerk had no issues allowing us to check in early. Very friendly and helpful. Check out clerk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful as well. Room as well as the whole facility were clean and very comfortable. If i had one small complaint the driveway entrance is not very well lit as we arrived from our event well after midnight.

Visiting a friend and the wineries CT has to offer. Had a great time! I was a little skeptical when I checked (late) and my room was on the first floor and next to the ice machine. Needless to say I slept very well (unless it was the wine lol) and didn’t hear a thing! I would definitely book this hotel again! Parking lot was well lit with lighting. Inside was clean and exactly as pictured!

I've stay here many times when visiting family in the area. This hotel is always clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The highway is close and convenient. The rate is always reasonable. Whenever I need to be in the area, this is my first choice.

Very comfortable. Nice bed, wonderful shower! So good I'm ordering the same shower head to put in my shower at home! Only one small complaint: Single teensy trash can split into trash and recycling compartments; nice try, but my dinner ramen bowl filled the entire thing!
