This was my second time in this hotel. It was great as always. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms and pool area were also nice.

Fairfield Inn was great for my friend and I visiting Key West for the weekend. They offered a shuttle downtown which was so convenient. The pool and tiki bar was really nice, staff was wonderful, and hotel was clean. The breakfast was a good one too! Would come back!

Staff very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The hotel is an older hotel but very well maintained. The rooms were clean. I was traveling with my 2 sisters. I had been to Key West before and stayed at a hotel down town. I found this hotel rooms to be a bit bigger. There was transportation available every hour to and from downtown & Smathers beach. I felt the location where we were dropped off was a great area for walking and right near Duval St. There was breakfast provided daily with many options. Cold water container always filled near bar/pool area as well as inside reception area. On checking we were handed a daily buy one get one drink card for the bar. The pool was awesome with plenty of lawn chairs to sit, in and out of shade. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff was great, we arrived at 3pm but our room (king suite) was not ready and would not be ready until 5pm. I was fine with that as we were going to go to Mallory Square but they gave us 4 free food item tickets for their grill and 4 free drink tickets for their bar. They called at 4pm and said that they were going to give me two rooms side by side for the same price which actually worked out better for us. When we checked out they deducted the resort fee tax and the occupancy tax from our bill. All because of the inconvenience which really was not an issue. The property was nice and the pool was great. The staff at the bar/grill were wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel to stay at in Key West. Pool, breakfast every morning and location are awesome. Parking underneath out of sun was also a big plus.

Breakfast selection was very good. We used the bar once and it was good. Staff was pleasant. Pool was very nice. Nice to have the bus service to downtown. All in all a good experience. We shall return there.

We enjoyed the visit. My finance did have an issue with needing a shower chair due to handicapped. May want to invest in this type of equipment. Otherwise perfect
