Thank you for a lovely stay at your well-kept hotel in a peaceful location! We spent the night at the Airfield Inn. I am in Ann Arbor to make doctor appointments at a University of I hospital during a pandemic, so cleanliness and other couid 19 precautions are very important to me. When we last stayed at the townhouse suites, the hotel appeared unconcerned with the assertions made on their website. Airfield, on the other hand, got it right. The friendly desk clerk was disguised behind the counter and tables, keeping a secure distance. Checking was simple. Hand sanitizer was readily accessible in the lobby. The room was clean and wipes were placed in packets. Breakfast was much better than our previous couid era breakfast at the other hotel, and it was served to minimize contact. My husband was pleased with the jumbo to and the premium channels he could watch. Check out in the morning went as well.

The room is clean, but the full-time bed feels very small more like twin-size! The location is good. No breakfast due to covid 19 restrictions. To go bags were disappointing, so I went to nearby buggers.

My husband, daughter, and I traveled to Ann Arbor this weekend to see campus, our daughter is a junior in the college, and my husband is a graduate. Because it was near to the campus, we chose to remain at this property. We were very pleased from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The reception staff was pleasant and accommodating. Carlos and Melanie were wonderful, talking about everything Um with my husband, who was as excited to be back in Ann Arbor as a child would be going to Disney World for the first time. We received complimentary water bottles, which was a nice touch, and then we went to our room. There was even a microwave and refrigerator in the room, and the entire hotel is immaculate. There were three cardio machines, some free weights, and a stability ball. There was a wide variety of complimentary breakfast options available at the motel. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short because a snowstorm was approaching and we had to return to New York. But we would most certainly stay here again. No issues!.

I highly recommend this motel. Very clean and comfortable. I stopped at a number of hotels in town and didn't feel impressed. Until I came here and met Carlos. He was fantastic. His customer service is why I chose to stay here. by far the best. Kim was there in the morning and was also great. I will definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

The room was small but with so little bathroom, the sink was 2 feet from the bed. The ac was noisy as well. The breakfast was couid. The staff are friendly and helpful.
