Repeat customer at this hotel. It's a fantastic hotel, consistent with the Marriott tradition. Christina is a great host who makes a guest feel welcome. The construction looks good. Pool area looks great. Michelle did a great job cleaning my room. A/C is running well. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. See you next time. -Michael

The Fairfield Inn is conveniently located and easy to access, making it a great choice for travelers. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff—especially the evening team were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. One feature I especially appreciated was that the window could be opened slightly, allowing fresh air into the room. It made the room feel much more comfortable and refreshing than many hotels with sealed windows. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The friendly service and comfortable environment made this a place I would happily choose again.

This is a very clean and updated property. The room was very nice and quiet. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Not many amenities in the room.

They got all the things we asked for with a smile and thank you. I'm sorry I don't get the name of the small framed woman who served the breakfast. She give excellent service. Was so kind, and accommodating. We had a very good and restful time. From the front door all of your employees were great. We will visit again. Thnk them for making us feel at home away from home. Always a great time here so welcoming and clean . They really should update the prices on here because the new upgrades are gorgeous. I need the info of them green chairs in the lobby obsessed 😍. Only thing the breakfast is not that great sausage was nasty & eggs was cold . If they fix that they would be the best in the area for sure

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott South Hill is going through a renovation. With that being said, the hotel was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I have a gluten intolerance and for the past couple of months my husband and I have been moving from Upstate New York to Central Florida, and this was our final journey to Florida they were the only hotel that actually had gluten free pastries that I could have! There were only two hiccups while we were there but when we told the staff they were going to let the management know immediately. We would stay there again if we were in the area. The hotel by the looks of the work that was being done is going to look amazing!

Great stay at Fairfield Inn. Staff is very good. I had an issue w/ the room...and Christina tended to it. Clean rooms, love the whirlpool. Nelson will make sure each guest has an enjoyable stay. See you again in April. -Michael
