I absolutely fell in love with this hotel, the beds and pillows are so soft the staff are just genuinely nice. Everything about this hotel is just screams perfection.

This location was a great fit for what I needed -- a quick, clean place to stay. The manager of the property was very transparent about how to access the building. Super accessible to all of the great things DTPHL has to offer. Would recommend to anyone who is nonfussy when traveling and is looking to walk around the city!

Liked: Told which lockbox the keys were in and how to open them. Checking myself in, and taking care of the amenities myself. Specifically going out and getting coffee and breakfast at Reading Marketplace, which is nearby. Disliked: Having a bit of trouble sleeping, because of a streetlight right outside the bedroom window, and also fireworks going off. But those are beyond the staff's control.

It was close to our place of activity, close to chinatown & the historical sites of Philadelphia. The owner left us some dumplings to sample which they made themselves in the condo. All in all an excellent stay!

This was a strange booking, but I mean that in a good way. This was closer to my office and cheaper than hotels in town. The owners provided plenty of information about checking myself in and out. The space was clean and ready for me when I arrived. The B&B is next to everything! I would definitely stay again. The *only* thing I would advise is that this is not a B&B in the traditional sense, because there's no breakfast, but there is a full kitchen w a fridge and dishes available.

The property is located at a convenient location. It is a two-minute walk to the convention center. There are many places to check out nearby for entertainment purposes and there are various cuisines. The owner is very hospitable. She keeps the place tidy. There are three rooms and each one as its own unique style. The common area is spacious. I have no complaints and I highly recommend this place as an option.

1. Great location, right close to many good Chinese restaurants. Very close to center city district, independence hall, constitution center. Also very safe area if you want to hanging out late at night. 2. Nice and clean room. 3. The hotel owner is also very nice to talk, and gives instructions patiently. Some of the drawbacks is: 1. The room with private restroom is kind of small. 2. The light from parking lot near my room is really really bright that affect my sleeping. It would be good if the owner can deal with this. Overall, I would recommend others to choose this room.

Not a typical hotel. It was a different experience. The facility is nice and clean. Very thoughtfully decorated. The owner is responsive. Other than the room, the building's elevator had bad smell sometime during the day. I guess used to remove garbage as well.

This "hotel" has SHARED bathrooms and there is a $350 "incidentals:" hold and additional charges if it is 2 people. Also, there is no onsite staff after 8pm. All of this is not a good situation as my wife is a cancer patient who frequently gets sick from her medication. Not a good situation if I needed help in the event of a medical emergency. After booking (and without reading the "fine print") I tried to cancel but they would not give a refund and kept my money anyway. Needless to say, we did not stay there and lost our money.

I DID NOT STAY. I CANCELLED THE RESERVATIONS DUE TO CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY AND THE LOCKBOXES ON THE DOORS..I COULD NOT GAIN ACCESS WHEN I ARRIVED. I HAD TO STAY AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL NEAR THE AIRPORT WHICH WAS VERY INCONVENIENT IN AN EMERGENCY. IT CAUSED ME GREAT HARDSHIP. I AM 67 YEARS OLD.

There WAS no “stay”! I was completely ripped off by unavailable “management” and by hotels.com BEWARE of this rip-off joint!!! You can do a whole lot better in Philly’s Chinatown in real hotels where there will at least be staff available to let you in the door and give you access to the room that you paid for AVOID this scam “house” like the PLAGUE!!!
