The property is the cleaner of the others in this area. There are some issues with the air conditioning units in some of the rooms along with other small problems here and there that are to be expected. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Any issue I ran into they immediately corrected and took care of. The front desk manager is absolutely fantastic and his professionalism and patience is incredible. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at Fairview were excellent. We stayed 3 nights over a 5 day period. The place is very clean. The building itself is older, but nicely decorated. Quiet area. Breakfast was just okay. There was no milk for the cereal as the truck was late. There were no low carb options but there was oatmeal, toast, fruit, bagels (no cream cheese), and waffles. I would definitely recommend this place!!

A work in progress. Don’t be fooled by the older exterior appearance . Clean updated rooms and a great staff. Pool looked clean and was used by other guests. Good coffee. I didn’t have breakfast. I recommend Carolina’s Diner for great home cooked food.

Room was mostly clean, though there was still food in the fridge from the last guest, and the bathtub didn't plug. Those aside, the staff was amazing, parking was easy, the lobby was nice, and the rooms were nice.
