What a hidden gem located right in Brenham. We had a wonderful stay at Farview Bed and Breakfast. The host were lovely (the man of the home has quite a sense of humor). Breakfast was excellent every day. The grounds are amazing and filled with walkways and beautiful flowers. The outdoor kitchen was amazing (even though we didn't use it) and the pool with restrooms in the pool house is a great feature. The bed was extremely comfortable. They do come an make your room up during breakfast or immediately after so you might want to keep any personal items put up (just an FYI). I would not hesitate to stay here again and it far outweighs any local hotels. Great job to the hosts!

I appreciated the historical information shared about this property (found in a notebook in my room. The house is somewhat secluded behind a good deal of shrubbery/trees, which adds a sense of seclusion and mystery. It is large, neat, and cool, with 24/7 coffee and beverages available. Privacy was respected. 5 bedrooms are upstairs so it is important to know there are stairs if mobility is an issue. Staff was responsive to any questions and/or needs. The pool was beautiful, and lit with pretty lights after dark. Breakfast the 3 mornings I was there, was prompt and delicious, served in a charming dining room. At least 2 cats roam the property. They kept their distance and appeared old and wise. I will stay again, no question about it.

The room was small like a living doll house but it's a great room the bed is amazing it is decorated cute but not over a hundred year home room we're allot smaller so it is a genuine hundred year home very nicely decorated love it you should come to experience.for yourself and you too well love with it too

We loved this place! Rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly, and breakfast was delicious. We were staying at Far View because we had a grandson graduating from Texas A&M on Thursday night and didn't want to stay in College Station. So glad we did! We will definitely stay here again if we are traveling this way. Thank you for everything!

We came to town for the Rock the Country concert and stayed at this bed and breakfast, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made. This place is a true hidden gem. The home was built in 1925 and even has a historical marker on the grounds, which makes the whole experience feel special from the moment you arrive. The house has been beautifully preserved and is absolutely stunning. Every detail reflects the care and pride the owners put into it. The cleanliness is beyond anything you’ll find in a hotel, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well cared for. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they served the yummiest breakfast that made our stay even better. The grounds are just as impressive, with brick-paved paths that wind through the landscaping, making it peaceful and perfect for a relaxing walk. If you’re looking for charm, history, and a place that feels like home, this is it. We will definitely be back.

Nice older B&B located in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was nice & we had a good breakfast. The AC worked well which is important! Property is about 100 years old and it is showing its age. We will likely stay here again.

We've stayed in many ''historical" lodges, cabins, & Bed & Breakfasts, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was - both indoors and outdoors! Although, our room was small (we'll know next time), our bed and pillows were very comfty! Steve and Linda were wonderful hosts & breakfast was warm and delicious!
