The staff is welcoming. I had a roo with a new bathroom, which was nice, but your should be aware that, while there is shampoo and conditioner, there is no body lotion

I absolutely love the Fitzgerald! The staff at the front desk (and in the restaurant!) are all wonderful, the rooms I've had are always spacious, the wifi works well, and it's a terrific location.

Location, Location, Location! This small hotel is in a perfect location to see the city. Grand Central Station is just across the street, but we walked everywhere. I love a smaller hotel with character. The beds were so comfy, and the room was a quiet oasis in the middle of big city hustle and bustle. The staff was so nice and helpful. We loved Brendan at the front desk. We will definitely come back!

Stayed overnight for a concert at MSG, quick and easy walk there. Super close to Grand Central station and Bryant Park too, so in a really cute area. The room was super comfy and didn't feel tight. Room and bathroom were clean, staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I'd definitely stay again and would recommend, affordable for NYC and within very easy walking distance to great spots. Keeping this one on my list for overnight stays for sure.

Affordable, comfy, conveniently located, this may be our new go-to hotel in Manhattan. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL, everyone is so friendly it makes you feel like you've been coming there for years. Thanks again for the special surprise on our anniversary!

Rooms are a bit dated, but the staff is excellent as are the bartenders at the wheel tapper bar. No mini fridge in room but requested one and delivered in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

I had eaten dinner at the pub several times in the past but never stayed at the hotel. What a very pleasant experience. The room and bathroom was a perfect size and very clean and comfortable. I was one guest. I would stay again.

The staff could not have been more accommodating. We had some special requests and they kindly responded and accommodated for us. The rooms were very clean although they could use a bit of updating— overall our stay was wonderful and we will return. Fitzpatrick is our NYC go to hotel for every visit.
