Don't know the nice lady with her beautiful little girl was, but she accommodated my 1st room's concerns, with a better room. That sweet lady even gave me a free plate of food, for my trouble...which was welcome after my long hours on the road prior to my check in. She's most definitely an bright, lovely asset to the property.

Staff and service was very good, they very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and the area qas very convenient and close to the interstate and very close to the major stores . The city police patrol the area would stay there again.....

This is an older hotel. With that being said, quality for price is not bad at all. Pest control could use a little more work but is satisfactory. The pool is not open in the summer time. No breakfast even though they have a restaurant and banquet hall that is non-operational. There are snacks and beverages available at the office which is convenient since the 7-11 next door is usually closed most of the day and/or evening. I’ve only been in there twice because they’re never open. Staff is spectacular, professional, and friendly. This is a very respectful atmosphere. I was a little worried about safety at first but late night hours are quiet here. No nonsense. For price and value I give 5 stars out of 5. Hotel conditions need updating but is in good condition.

This is not a 5 star resort property. It is an older hotel in a declining neighborhood. My room was clean and sufficent, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for an affordable place to rest and not a bunch of amenities. It suited me fine.
