I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville Baymeadows and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was genuinely top-notch — friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. The front desk team handled my late check-in smoothly and even remembered my name throughout the stay. Housekeeping was outstanding; every day my room was impeccably cleaned and refreshed with fresh towels and amenities. The cleanliness throughout the property is truly exceptional — public areas, elevators, lobby, and especially the guest rooms felt pristine and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet despite being conveniently located off I-95. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jacksonville. The combination of excellent service and spotless facilities made my stay memorable. Will definitely be back!

Finally!! A decent property on Expedia. I was nearly ready to delete the app altogether. I am very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Four Points Sheraton over Memorial Day weekend. It was quiet and CLEAN! The property, the rooms, the lobby, all of it. I saw employees actively maintaining the property every time I came and went from it. 10/10 will book here again!

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it never fails to impress. The staff is consistently professional and welcoming, making every check-in seamless. The rooms are always spotless and well-maintained. Its central location is unbeatable, yet it remains a quiet retreat. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!
