I adore this property so much. The grounds are stunning, and the cuisine is delicious. There isnt enough good to say about this place. When i stay somewhere, the customer service is exactly what a person should expect. All of my needs were met. This is my preferred spot to stay while on vacation. David at the front desk was really attentive. I appreciated him taking care of us.

The four seasons is the definition of luxury, and i will return! Where do ill begin? Amazing! Ill start with the room. The room had a very highend, new, modern vibe, overall, just what youd expect from upscale accommodations. Amazing and contemporary furniture, no stains, even the bathroom felt quite luxurious. Overall, the hotel itself was fantastic, with incredibly high end, fresh, or modern lobby vibes. I adored the gym and pool, which were both really nice. Excellent service is also provided, when you check in, there is excellent service as well as the gentleman who greets you and holds the door.

Ive stayed at many 4 seasons properties, but this one has been my favorite so far. I loved the walk i took at the rose garden and both pools. The hotel really made this a family friendly hotel and ill definitely be back.

This hotel exceeded my expectations from my first impressions, which are quite positive. The doorman, valet, front desk, and other staff members were all excellent. I could smell the cleanliness in the room, it was really pleasant. Without a doubt, i will make another trip there. Firstrate.

This place is truly remarkable! I have traveled extensively and am familiar with hotels and resorts, but this staff was the best in the world! Their smiles were sincere, and everyone was eager to assist. When i entered and began to feel lost, someone came to me and immediately knew what ive needed. Three employees promptly arrived and cheerfully looked after everyone, even though it appeared like there was a line building at the front desk. Every time, there wasnt someone painted on like Disneyland who always had empathetic grins that were genuine.

My experience at the four seasons hotel westlake village was truly amazing during my fiveday stay. Situated in the picturesque west lake, California, the hotel provided breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The meticulously maintained gardens and serene mountain vistas provided a muchneeded respite from the hectic pace of everyday life. I couldnt help but feel rejuvenated as i leisurely explored the lush grounds and indulged in their spa facilities. One of its standout features was its impeccable service, which is renowned for its hallmark of being branded as the Four seasons brand. Staff members were consistently courteous, attentive, and considerate, going above and beyond to meet my every need.

The rooms are beautiful, the sauna and steam room facilities are excellent, there is a gym and gardens are great. The food is absolutely delicious and the room service is open late. Overall, staff catering and exceptional. When i was there, we saw s wedding on the front lawn, and luckily ive been able to see it from my room. It was one of the nicest he has ever seen and im fortunate to have seen it. All in all incredibly good place.

Overall, if you are traveling around westlake city, its worth visiting or staying overnight. I have the chance to stay for a few days. The hotel is spotless, like any other four seasons, and the staff is extremely helpful. Parking is free, there are restaurants in the hotel, an outdoor pool, kidfriendly amenities, as well as shady gardens. Although i wont rate the services four stars, im referring to the food restaurant at the entrance. There is both breakfast and dinner available. Both the cuisine and service and prices need improvement. A sushi restaurant is another restaurant, it is excellent and serves fresh sushi.

Ive stayed here several times over the last few years and can say it has been a wonderful and relaxing experience. The rooms overlooking the waterfall are beautiful, the room aesthetic is great and the spa facilities, classes, and yoga must dos are excellent. CandC has great food i highly recommend the french toast for breakfast its divine. They also recently opened another new pool cove which is amazing and delicious - the labneh with the freshly baked bread left me craving. My only suggestion is that they could benefit from renovating bathrooms/rain shower etc. Otherwise, everything else is up to the fs standard across other properties.

I cant say that the interior of the building is the worst four seasons building Ive ever seen. Fortunately, the shadowy facade did not represent the entire experience. When I arrived, I was greeted and interacted with while the front desk staff looked at the folks in front of them. Because the hotel appeared to be very busy later that night, it was good that they were able to be attentive despite their size. The front desk employee who helped me with recheck in was very charming. When I returned to the front desk to check on my room availability, one lady appeared to be awry at me. I wasnt irritated that it wasnt available before the official checkin time, but I intended to get an update so I could make decisions about what to do if it was going to be a while. I spoke with one more to get a humidifier sent up, and he was incredibly nice and gracious. I appreciated the room a lot. It was lovely and spacious, with a beautiful view of the waterfall. The bathroom was also large, and I enjoy good soak tubs, so I was happy. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept very well during my entire stay. Certainly, the spa is a destination spa. The location is close to malibu for business trips. And then, the service was great. After that, this place has a nice change of pace from staying in west hollywood. Subsequently, they have attention to detail and attention at every detail.

I just came here for the first time and would love to stay here again for a weekend. The atmosphere was calm with blackout curtains so it's not too hard to sleep at night. The staff here were very friendly and serviceable. The bar, restaurant, and valet service were all very nice.

We will definitely stay with you again. My family decided to splurge and stay at a really nice place in la. The four seasons westlake was so wonderful! We all had such eta. Every single employee at your hotel was very accommodating and welcoming. Our family gets together only if we come together merely i get together several times yearly, and the four seasons made it even more special. Thank you so much! Corley family.

This place is very nice. Enjoy the weekend and watch out for the gorillas in the bathtob but santorini came to visit me and the dorm in my bath tub it was really nice and then we all chllid in that tub.

The four seasons hotel in los angeles at westlake village in Thousand Oaks is a highend hotel 38 miles from downtown los Angeles. We came here for its atmosphere and had merely eat lunch. Please note that certain items on the allday menu are not available, such as figs and burrara, which will only be available after 3.00 p. M. Our lobster rolls were $32, but i ordered grilled crab sandwiches for $28. To reduce the hotels overhead, we decided to keep it instead of swapping it. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, especially two concierge staff who looked very professionally at the front desk of the hotel. As resulting, ive bought he gift card to spend at his restaurant for fun.

My family and i recently had a wonderful time at this hotel. We checked in when it was raining all day, but the amazing and 5 star service from the staff at that hotel makes our hearts feel warm. Every single department provided nothing but exceptional service. Starting from receptionists sorry, he didnt get his name, who upgraded me to vistas of the waterfall. The two zach who work at candc, the p. M. Zach, suggested the items on the menu, pan de bono was delicious, their octopus chicaron was to die for, and we enjoyed the rest of our meal. He was also excellent in the morning, which is also accurate. Jade, candCs morning host, is the most important person. She not only listens to my nonsense, she also acts based on it and ensures that my stay meets fs standards.
