Amazing hotel! Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You can tell that the staff truly care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel welcome. The entire team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse with plenty of options to choose from each morning. Everything was fresh and well organized. The location is great, the rooms are spotless, and the value for the price is outstanding. It’s not easy to find such a combination of quality, cleanliness, service, and affordability. I highly recommend Galleria Palms Hotel and would definitely stay here again!

It was over 90° so while we were there, however, the air conditioning was excellent. There was one problem when we got there I had talked my husband into bringing his swim trunks, and the swimming pool was not in use because it was being completely refurbished. It would have been nice to have known that ahead of time however, if I would’ve known I probably wouldn’t have come. After talking to the staff who were so understanding, helpful, empathetic, sympathetic, they said I could get out of my hotel stay if I prefer. My thought was I’m not really gonna be there much for the pool anyway so we stayed and they gave us a discount because of it and that was very much appreciated. I love the fact that they have tile floors throughout the hotel! And they were always kept very clean! The breakfast was very good and it wasn’t the exact same thing every day they change it up. I will definitely go back and stay there again and tell my friends because they will have a new pool next time we go.!

It was a really nice stay. The room was 100% spotless and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was also really good and it was very close to the disney parks which is just a plus if that’s what you’re staying for. The only thing I will say was that the pool was completely not able to be used, the water was taken out and you couldn’t go in. And they didn’t tell me until I had paid and was there. But I didn’t mind too much everything else was really good.

Great location, plenty of free parking, breakfast was your standard hotel free breakfast, very easy to get to Disney parks(under 10 min drive), Walmart is a 3 min drive, lots of fast food within a 5 min walk.

The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was being renovated. The breakfast was good. A nice selection for a budget property. The night auditor did forget to advise dayshift about my late checkout and was disturbed by housekeeping and the front desk. Not a big deal. Just a training opportunity. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget friendly and clean option for being located close to the parks.

The room was lovely, they took my request into account. Real breakfast nit continental, but that was available as well. Note: The pool is not operational at this time. We did not miss it, but if you have littles it might be an issue. We will return. :)
