The location is also good because close to the parking area. The swimming pool here was very nice and the isolation from the other residents was so amazing. The cleanliness and cleanliness here were good.

We remained in a roomy bungalow, a short distance from our reserved parking space. The apartment was a good-sized living space with a pull-out bed distinct from the main bedroom and a king bed. It was outfitted in cool hues, with modern furniture and wood shutters, and had a fully equipped kitchen with a full-time refrigerator. Many great restaurants can be reached on foot in only a few minutes from the location! With a separate heated spa area, a pool, and many lounge chairs with thick, comfy padding, the pool was close, spotless, and well-kept. Long-term stays are conveniently possible since there are ice machines close, and the main building has no laundry facility for no cost. Check-in was prompt and simple. Fantastic hiking is just a few steps away.. The scenery is breathtaking. This is a location that would be enjoyable to revisit!.

We will come back because we enjoy Palm Springs so much and the tennis club is convenient. We have many friends in the area and the bungalow is big enough to entertain them. The swimming pool was very convenient for our unit and enjoyed by the family.

The neighborhood is excellent service. I thought it was tidy and stunning! There are three pools to choose from, so there was always room! The rooms are spacious and offer comfortable beds. There are also some great amenities, such as spas and pools. The gardens are spectacular! The service here was excellent and the location was so close to town. The cleanliness was excellent. It was unbelievably soothing. There is a nice restaurant there, as well as tennis and pickle ball. Additionally, it is peaceful.

Staff was great but the unit needs a little updating. Kitchenette didnt have a frying pan. Microwave was very challenging to figure out how to use. The shower head was horrible. Would be nice to have a toilet seat that had soft close. The air conditioning blows too hard, you can feel it all the way across the living room when it is on. This could likely be fixed by changing the fan speed. The unit just had lots of little issues that are really easy to fix.

I have stayed at this property before and had an awesome experience. After this experience, I won’t be returning. I had a 1 bedroom unit. The AC in the bedroom was extremely loud and kept me from sleeping the first night - I see others have experienced this issue here. I called the front desk in the morning and asked if they could have maintenance look at it. They never did for the 2 nights remaining. This is what really did it for me though. When I checked in I was given a map of the property to show me where my room was and also where amenities were etc. On this sheet (I still have it and would share a pic but doesn’t seem like Expedia allows), it clearly states ‘Check-out time is before 11:00 am.’ On the day was checking out, I was about to go out the door and the phone rang. I picked it up and was informed the person calling was from the front desk and that ‘it is 10:40 and checkout was at 10…why are you STILL in the room?’ I was very taken back, I said that I read it was before 11. “It is not, it was at 10!!” I explained I was leaving now and hung up. I turned to sheet on the table and there it was. I stopped into the lobby and the woman that called came to glass. I asked if she was that person and he said ‘yes’ so I placed it on the glass and asked her to read what it said. ‘OH, I guess it did say 11.’ There was no apology or anything. I’ve worked in the service industry and get the challenges on that side but this is unacceptable!
