The price for the suite that we got is unbeatable. The staff was kind and check in was easy. Definitely would book again.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful but i was amazed how clean the room was! Everything was super clean and smell nice! Kitchen had everything you need and the apartment was a good size. I definitely recommend the place!

This place was spacious. It had a kitchen living room and a big bedroom with a king bed enough to fit myself the wife and kid.

The room was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay. Cozy, clean and larger than we expected! Our room had two full bathrooms and unlike most hotels, there were bathroom fans and heaters- my husband's favorite part. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials and the fireplaces gave the room a cozy cabin feel. Location is close to just about everything you come to Big Bear for. It was perfect for me, my husband and 7 year old. We didn't even need the sofa bed.

Great place. It is on a busy road but that means it’s plowed quick and close to everything.

The staff was very nice! We loved the fireplace! And the spa! It was clean as well. And the heaters kept the rooms warm!

Great value for the money and excellent communication from the property. We stayed in a one-bedroom king suite, and the room was surprisingly spacious. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. The location is very convenient, close to both downtown and the slopes. It’s walkable to the Snow Summit base, and the free trolley bus stop is just steps away. A few minor downsides: I wish our room had more natural light. Two of the windows faced interior hallways, so daylight was limited which made it hard to wake up in the morning. The TVs are prehistoric, and the wifi is quite slo. We didn’t come to watch TV, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, a cool spot, and we’d happily stay here again.

The room was great. In the room, everything you'd need is already there so I did not have to talk to any staff to get something. Extra Pillows? Check. Extra Blankets? Check. All kitchen utensils, pans, pot, blender, baking tools? CHECK. Their amenities are designed for a great family staycation. Will definitely come back! I highly recommend staying at this place.
