I recently stayed at this hotel, and i have mixed feelings about it. The hotel room was comfortable, with a great 9 out of 10. The bed was particularly noteworthy, made with highquality Sferra brand bedding. However, the rest of the hotel fell short with 6 outof10 ratings. Despite this, ive still enjoyed my stay in the comfortable and comfortable room.

We had a great time here. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the cost was really reasonable. Friendly staff worked at the front desk. We were given excellent benefits as part of the Amex hotel collection, delicious cuisine, in the restaurant, plus great discounts. Without denying, i will return and stay there again.

Gild hall is a charming, charming boutique hotel with oodles of charm. The restaurants and bars, which are both attached and accessible to both visitors and the public, add to the hotels atmosphere. My wife and i were able to spend the night in the financial district, enjoy happy hour beverages, eat well, and see tv in new york all conveniently located nearby. Rooms were spacious, immaculate, had dated decor, very clean, etc. I will most certainly stay here again whenever ive got an event in downtown newtown.

I have stayed at th Gild hall in downtown manhattan for many years! The staff is always there to help and make your stay pleasant. Espresso in the lobby every morning is a nice touch and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

I never write reviews, but i feel forced to do so because of how amazing the staff at Gild hall is. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over the weekend and can honestly say it was the best hotel experience ive ever had. From the moment we arrived, the level of service we received from the employees was nothing short of exceptional. My brothers engagement was reason for our stay, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. They graciously allowed us to take engagement photos with tavern throughout the hotels lobby, which was incredibly beautiful backdrop for such an important event. Lets now talk about breakfast at the restaurant of the motel, feces. It was by far the greatest hotel breakfast he has ever eaten. Usually, im used to standard continental breakfasts in hotels, however, felce exceeded all my expectations. The food was fresh and of high quality. Like having grilled food to start the day, it added an extra layer of luxury to our visit. Without mentioning the excellent service provided by Ben, Simon, or Rob, there is no way ill praise them. These three individuals truly made our weekend extraordinary. Their attention to detail, friendliness, willingness to go aboveand beyond left resounding impression on us. I had an excellent time at the Gild hall. The setting was ideal, and the atmosphere was just what i needed. Everyone here makes you feel at home, making it a cozy hotel. My experience with the cleanliness and attention to detail was truly remarkable. There is excellent decoration throughout the lobby, especially in the evenings, as is the delicious prosecco. I am definitely planning to return here.

In the beginning of 2023, we had a wonderful time at the Gild hall in manhattan, new york. The location was excellent, with lovely rooms and decor and incredibly kind personnel. Avon, my wifes company, chose the location, and it was an excellent choice. Everything was taken care of promptly when it came time for something. This is a small oasis in the city. The area is busier than i remember from many years ago, but in san francisco. Staff here were very accommodating and always available (wellstaffed reception desk) and they were extremely generous in accommodating rescheduling our reservation. I cannot express how much love they showed. Junior, bellhop, was such amiable presence. Highly recommend staying here. Very cool room with very comfortable bed and bedding. Really surprised by any bad reviews of the rooms. Great location to explore downtown areas.

The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and supplied. The staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to needs. Although small, the gyms are adequate. Room service was fast, food was excellent. Had breakfast at Felice - both food and service were excellent! Having said that, finding the hotel entrance is difficult. We had several problems picking up and dropping off. I dont like that the coffee in the lobby wasnt ready until 6.30 am either. While they will provide a keurig maker upon request, it was really bad tasting and i only got 1 regular pod. When ive asked for more pods, staff could find them. Coffee seems to be something that should always be available. Thank you for letting me stay!.

This location was ideal. When we first arrived, pamela gave us a warm welcome. She provided us with excellent advice. After unwinding from everything, it is really peaceful. Everyone was so welcoming, and it feels safe. Our hotel room was immaculate. With the subway only requiring 4.5 minutes to walk to it, this hotel location proved to be ideal for our stay.

The world trade center and the 9/11 memorial are both conveniently close to this excellent hotel in lower manhattan. Fulton street, which has numerous convenient exits, is the closest subway station. The hotels interior design is fashioned in an english manner with dark wood and lighting. We traveled to new york city to commemorate our silver wedding anniversary, and this hotel stay was the cherry on top. In our room, we discovered chocolates and grape juice. Additionally, for the entire duration, breakfast was provided for free. Our amex deal was fantastic. It was a fantastic deal from amx. At the hotel, the personnel was extremely helpful and kind. Without if i could return here. Gild hall, thank you for making our stay so memorable.

This is the place to stay if you want to remain in the center of fidi! Its fantastic that you get prosecco when you check in. Three gyms, a fantastic restaurant that can be used as accomodation, and free coffee and tea in reception from 6 p. M. To 12 oclock are all included. There are plenty of excellent dining options nearby, including b&bs near the new york bridge. I adore it! A nice extra feature is that unless you prefer to call them down, you can text them whatever you need.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was excellent. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the metro stations from this place. The staff was friendly and attentive. As you can see in the pictures, the room was exactly as it was.

We found this hotel at the last minute and booked it to check in the next day, and we had such a great time there. From the staff to the room to location! Its on wall street, the financial district next to 9/11 memorial and downtown Manhattan, so you can easily visit Brooklyn. The atmosphere of the hotel is quite masculine, men in suits but it is children friendly. I can only reproach them for cleaning our room during our week there and missing coffee machines in rooms. Apart from that, i will definitely be back there!.

I stayed at Gild hall for 6 days and was impressed with the service, cleanliness and personal kindness of the staff. Great room too. My room was cleaned daily and everything i asked was delivered right away.

The staff is excellent, thank you to everyone who made our stay a wonderful one! The rooms are very clean, the hotel is beautiful, and the restaurant and bar adjacent is incredibly nice. Champagne toast at checkin was everything for me, it was just the little things! Top of my list of favorite hotels ive stayed in.
