Very nice and clean easy check in and out only thing that bother me was there were no plug in by the Mira or ironing board and the ice machine was not working

Though it was booked for a convention parking and check in was confusing at first. The Staff was amazing very friendly and helpful! The front desk lady sorry I forgot her name helped my husband find a spot right in the front entrance. Very informative of events, pools, Parks and restaurants ❤️. We will definitely stay AGAIN.

Clean hotel with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Loved the clean smell upon entering the lodge and lovely decor. Water machines were great to fill up for the day. Bed is super comfortable. Although the hotel is near the strip of shops and restaurants, it’s a little further up than other hotels. Overall a great stay.

Pool was the best!!! Staff was amazing!!! Restaurant was good too. Rooms outdated, but did the job. Really great location. Just phenomenal! We saw bears every morning! Took the trolly right in front of lodge. We will stay again and again

Rooms were clean, some peeling paint. Could use an update overall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy walk from downtown Gatlinberg. Onsite restaurant had really good food and was priced reasonably as well as open until 11 pm for those late snacks. Ample parking and was included. I’d stay again.

Check in was super easy, Heta was the one who checked us in and she was super sweet and helped us with recommendations and then even helped us extend our stay! We looooved the pool it has a lower section that is not as deep but then a top pool which goes to 9ft! They even have adult hours in the pool which is nice. Would come back!

The front desk staffs John and Heta were super kind and helpful and were the best part of my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable albeit slightly dated. This was my second time staying with them and I would highly recommend this hotel for its value.

The stay was great, the pool was cool, there were bears so be careful, but they are cute. The rooms are definitely a little older, but still a great stay overall.
