This is a no frills solid stop. Clean room, good bed, modest free breakfast, good service, a convenient location and a good night's sleep. That's what we paid for. That's what we got.

We checked in late as we were running behind and the property manager was able to honor our request of a downstairs room which we really needed after a long day of travel. The room was nice, nothing fancy but it was clean and a decent size. They do have a strict no noise policy after 10pm which is also appreciated. The only negative and this is not meant to change your plans, but the property is older and the floors are not quiet so if you have a ground floor room and someone is above you, you will hear them especially if the are not light of foot. Again this is nothing against the hotel or the property managers at all, I just noticed some negative 1 and 2 star reviews and there is not much that can be done with an older motel. I would definitely stay at this property again especially for the price.

Great budget motel! The property is older and the rooms somewhat dated, but everything was clean and the owners couldn’t be nicer. The “Continental Breakfast” was ample and included yogurt and hard-boiled eggs. The owner kept offering more! Amazing hospitality!

The staff is wonderful . We had a small issue and it was dealt with quick and efficient. It's a great place to stay and located just steps away from the front street food trucks and coos bay boardwalk.

A pet-friendly property with a friendly staff. It is an older property but has been nicely maintained. Even though the property is right next to 101, it was surprisingly quiet. There are some nice eating places just across the street in a newer development. Crossing the street is not recommended but it is what we did. I would stay there again, even for a multi night stay. This visit was only one night.

Very nice rooms for the price charged 6:00 a.m coffee, juice cereal and sticky buns. Staff is helpful and its always quite in the evenings
