I had to arrive after 10:00 p.m. due to a delayed flight and they were very helpful and taped the key to the outside of the office with my name on it. The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. I was there for a wedding so did not use any of the other amenities offered at the property.

Great mineral hot tubs and pool. Enjoyed the outside Bocce courts, patio sitting areas and fire pits. Rooms and beds very cozy and lots of space. All staff Melissa, and all were very friendly and helpful.

Service at your hotel is what stood out the most 💐 Giselle was able to check me in early (since the room was available) she recommended and booked a wonderful mud bath and massage session (with Anna) … BOTH experiences exceeded my expectations!! Clean, efficient and SUPER relaxing which is why people are there ! Your pool and jacuzzis were amazing - perfect temperature!! Overall one of the best experiences ever; I felt more like visiting friends not just another guest. GREAT ROOM TOO !! Can’t wait to be back 💖💖

Had such a lovely experience at Golden Haven Hot Springs. Everything from the staff, amenities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere was wonderful. The location was perfect, parking was easy and convenient, and the entire stay felt relaxing from start to finish. You can really tell they care about the guest experience. I would absolutely stay here every time I visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

So many things to mention! They provide hot tea, coffee and a variety of fruit infused water all day at the check-in area. There are water refill stations for your reusable water bottles and an ice machine conveniently located right outside the pool and hot tub area. The grounds are beautiful and there are tons of comfy sitting areas that offer fire pits in the center of where you can picnic. They provide bikes if you wish to take a ride and the town is super walkable. They have a beautiful yard that offers yard games that has sitting areas as well and Adirondack chairs…. Bocce ball court, ping pong tables, corn toss, and other options. Gorgeous and fragrant jasmine throughout the property and a convenient assigned parking directly in front of your room. Our room was plenty big enough & clean and fresh. The bathroom is a little separated for privacy and there is a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. We indulged at the spa for mud baths and salt scrubs with a coconut soak… both were AMAZING!
