We decided to do a last-minute stop over in Hot Springs. Arrived to the property with no issue. My husband spoke to someone and I got a text with the code to let us in our room. We had a 2 person King. The room was small, but we were there to sleep, so it really didn't matter. The hotel is an old roadside inn that has been updated. The bathroom sported vintage penny tile on the floor and gorgeous turquoise and navy square tiles on the walls. Towels were clean (both in appearance and smell). Bedding was the same, clean. Our room was on the end, so very quiet. The hotel was full that night, but we couldn't hear anyone. One of the staff was able to give us some recommendations for local restaurants. We always prefer to go to individual owned (rather than corporate). My only complaint? The duvet is way to heavy and hot for the summer. I appreciate that hotels have gone away from the old bedspreads and blankets, but surely there is a better seasonal option than this. We had to choose between sleeping with just the sheet or cranking the AC all the way down to try to use the duvet.

This hotel is a really great place to stay for your trip to visit Hot Springs. It is about a mile walk for more of the more popular amenities (bathhouse row, etc..) My family and I would stay here again!

Not only is this place the cleanest I have stayed in but also comfortable and as cute as can be. Check in is easy. And it is so affordable. I will definitely stay there again.

This place is the place to stay. Very convenient and close to everything. Never talked or saw any staff. No problems with anything while there. Would update the mattress and pillows. Loved the location and the quietness of this stay.

Fabulous Mid-century Modern Motor Inn! Nostalgia and very conveniently located to Bathhouse Row. Quiet and dog friendly complete with an enclosed area for your four legged families outdoor needs. We will book again!

I accidentally left behind something. I was alerted right away and the hotel is sending it to me. Thank goodness for the cleaning crew and the management. The hotel is convenient, clean and safe. Would definitely stay again.

It's hard to give an adequate star review for an older motor lodge as they will never be perfect and each is unique. But that's part of what contributes to the stay and what makes them a favorite to stay in when I travel. As far as an older motor lodge goes this is a really well kept property and I would definitely stay there again. There were some original things that were kept that were evident both in good condition and the not so good (but once again, this is NOT a bad thing, it's an old motor lodge and that is part of the charm). The staff was very helpful and everything was clean and comfortable.

This is a nice little hotel near the main drag, walkable in downtown Hot Springs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the self check-in is convenient.

I didn’t have a kitchen. I did have a refrigerator & microwave & coffee maker. I loved my room. & bathroom. It’s an old motel that has been perfectly updated with a beautiful tiled bathroom & lovely fixtures . Exceedingly comfortable!

This is a cute renovated motel that is close to the Hot Springs tourist area and bath houses. It is not a luxury hotel but is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay close to everything. All communications is handled via text to get your check-in time, room and door code. Be aware the door code will not work until check-in time, we were a few minutes early and thought something was wrong, I texted the number and got a response almost immediately. We enjoyed staying here and if we are ever back in Hot Springs would stay here again.... By the way there is a great donut shop right down the street that we walked to both mornings on our way into the tourist area
