It’s kind of an odd location - a windswept plain in the middle of nowhere - but they’ve done a nice job of the homes and the studio I stayed in was very cozy. Overall a pleasant and convenient place to rest and regroup between backpacking trips.

Very nicely done and a great deal for the money. Our 10-year old daughter loved her bed in the loft and I could have managed there myself even though I'm 6' tall and the ceiling there is probably only about 4'. The view from the cabin wasn't great but we could see the mountains from very close to the cabin and it was only about a 30 minute drive to the Grand Canyon, Bright Angel trail head. Everything looked pretty new and almost everything worked well. To get to the cabin you have to drive about 1/2 mile down a semi-rough dirt road--fine for most cars but perhaps not great for some. The heat/AC unit took a bit of effort to figure out but worked great when combined with the fan. The TV was large and worked fine. The internet was good, but slow for short periods. One window didn't quite close but that didn't affect the temperature inside. The fridge was pretty large for a mini and the microwave worked well. We also made good use of one of the two on-site grills. The shower water flow was low, but I liked that. During our stay many hotels in the park were closed due to a lack of water.

We rented 78A The place was perfect for us, basically two master bedrooms Each had a TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker There was a loft with two thick pads and sleeping bags for kids Nice place ata good price

The room was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. No complaints other than no secondary lock on the inside of the door like hotel rooms have. It was a great place for us while we visited the Grand Canyon National Park.

Perfect stay for our family. I wasn’t aware how small the upstairs was and my kids are 15 and 17 and wasn’t able to stand up but we laughed about it since it was only one night. Super clean and stocked!

*** THE PLACE IS EXCELLENT FOR STAR GAZING. AWAY FROM ALL THE LIGHT POLLUTION AND BUSY TOWN LIFE. BUT IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOTHING TOO. THE 1 MILE STRETCH TO THE POPERTY FROM THE MAIN STREET IS UNPAVED AND IF DRIVING SEDANS TAKES A TOLL ON IT. NO FRONT DESK ON SITE. A VERY GOOD OPTION FOR NATURE LOVERS, NOT SO MUCH FOR FAMILES WITH SMALL KIDS. ***

Great location, friendly staff, great communication, nice quiet spot, wonderful Tiny Home that was great for our family. We loved the stay and the proximitly to Grand Canyon was perfect. Highly reccomend!

Nice, unique place to stay. We stayed in one of the units that sleeps 8, there were 3 of us and we were able to stretch out nicely. Great amount of space. Property was clean, very remote which we enjoyed. Only feedback I have is there was one pane of the window broken and smoke alarms were missing. Other than that, everything went smooth, we were communicated with well. We would defined stay again.

The room was great, very clean. Had an air conditioner that worked great but it was in Celsius. Just a simple google search on how to convert with the WiFi that was provided (since you have little to no service) was simple enough for me. The bathroom was clean and tidy with extra toilet paper and paper towels if needed. The only issue was that the power button for the tv didn’t work but we just turn the tv on by the button underneath. And the bathroom lighting wasn’t the best. Wish it was a little brighter. This is just me nitpicking. The place is gorgeous and close to Williams and the Grand Canyon lodge.
