Family Friendly & Clean! What a little diamond in a quaint little town. This hotel was very clean, the staff super friendly and did I mention they have a small 12 seater Movie Theater?! The kids loved our private viewing of Pinocchio on the big screen while eating free popcorn. The staff were very accommodating in every way. The complimentary breakfast is limited but good. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the jacuzzi tub was amazing! We will definitely add this to our list of favorites!

The staff was very friendly, even making us a pot of coffee in the evening so we could sit and relax not realizing there was a pot to make our own in our room lol have not stayed in a facility this clean in a long time it sure was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved out stay at Grand Hotel. We were there for 3 days and it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was so nice and polite. We were close to everywhere we had to go (Crab Orchard and Crossville) and it was a very nice get away. Our room was very clean and had everything that we needed. There are no elevators here which was not a problem at all for us but I would suggest requesting a ground floor if you can not do the stairs. We are coming back in June and have quite a few family members that we have joining us and have 0 hesitation suggesting that they stay here as well.

This place never disappoints us. This is the 5th time we’ve stayed here and we will stay again. It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly. The night time gentleman is always great and the ladies in the mornings are super nice.

The staff here is great, always so helpful. We come every year to help out at a big tournament and have to be up and checked out by 5 so they always make sure to have the coffee on and breakfast out early!

Adorable little hotel with very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. You can hear trains occasionally across the street, but it didn't effect our stay.

Very cute, clean, and homey hotel. Very friendly service. Stayed one night, just passing through. Had everything we needed. Love the coffee truck outside, which is not part of the hotel - but was very tasty
