When we arrived we were greeted by Mia. Such a nice young lady and very helpful! We had dinner at The Rhum House and the food and service was fantastic! Our room was very clean and spacious. We were disappointed by the beach but came to find out that is common in the Keys. Also liked how the resort was centrally located.

I ENJOYED STAYING HERE, BUT WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE RESTAURANT RHUM HOUSE .. I ORDERED A DRINK AND REQUESTED A CERTAIN BOURBON AND THEY GAVE ME THE HOUSE BOURBON INSTEAD I NOTICED WHEN THEY WENT TO CHARGE ME THE MORE EXPENSIVE INSTEAD OF THE HOUSE .. I CONFRONTED THE BARTENDER AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND APOLOGETIC THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING WE ALSO ORDERED A STEAK TO GO AND THE WAITRESS FORGOT TO PUT IT IN THE ORDER IT WAS A BAD NIGHT FOR THIS WAITRESS AND THEY REALLY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO SHOW THEY WERE SORRY. THE PLACE IS NICE AND MY WIFE AND I MAY CONSIDER GOING BACK, BUT I HIGHLY DOUBT WE WILL BE DINING IN THE RUMM HOUSE AGAIN

Hotel is always excellent from amenities to service to cuisine. The land and sea market is fantastic for a meal and anything you need for your room. From excellent wines to fruit, cheese to their black grouper fish sandwich. everythis is wonderful. Excellent on site restaurant the Rhum House, fishing charters, Hotel is owner managed. bongos up the street for cable water skiing, outdoor music food..it is just a WIN all the way around.

The property is beautiful and tucked away from the main strip. Quiet resort, clean rooms, beautiful sauna and beach area. The seaweed was bad this year and so it smelled terribly, but that's all on mother nature. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, dog friendly, overall a great experience. Plenty of food options on property and happy hour during the day. No bell service which is why I took off a star... the elevator was out when we were leaving so had to haul suitcases down 3 flights of stairs which was not fun.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were genuinely friendly they seemed like they enjoyed being there. Breakfast was next door and convenient. The pools were clean and the tiki bar was added to the ambiance.

The room was outstanding. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We were on the same floor as the entertainment/bar, but the noise was minimal and stopped at a reasonable hour. Parking was convenient too. The staff on the front desk were always kind. The house cat, Wilma, is awesome. If there was any room for improvement would be to regularly check the espresso machine. Ours had issues. A K-cup type coffee maker would have been preferred and should be easier to maintain. But there is a small store on the property that had good coffee. Overall, I would highly recommend this location. Very convenient to the Keys whether West or East.

It was such a lovely place. Great pools, fun tiki bar during the day and great rooftop happy hour in the evening. The restaurant on site is delicious. There’s a market on site that had so many great wines, snacks, deli & breakfast too.

Staff is excellent. 3 days the elevator was not working. This was a bit of a problem as my husband has health issues. They clean the beach and the smell is bad. The view is to die for. The rooftop deck is very nice with delicious drinks and appetizers, small plates. Overall it is a lovely destination

Grassy Flats is an amazingly beautiful property. From one end to the other it's like a little slice of paradise for sure. We stayed in the wreckers building. The room was fantastic, clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm and hot tub was delightful. Restraunts were closed when we were there so we ate at the market. Fish tacos were pretty basic. Overall an excellent stay.

Great property, my only complaint was we had the same room with a couple we were traveling with and asked to be next to each other, they said they couldn't we had one room in between us even though nobody was in the other rooms. So Boo on you!!

Was a very clean resort. Make sure you make a reservation if you would like to eat at the rhum house. On property market is a gem. Live music on the palm deck was great.

We had an amazing time, and enjoyed our stay. Place is beautiful, staff is friendly and so accommodating! Didn’t know the Palm Deck and tiki bars and Rhum House had limited hours. They weren’t open at all our first couple days, and didn’t open until after 5 the last day there. If this was advertised I missed it. That’s the only thing I would change, having a bar on the property open more hours. Other than that we definitely enjoyed our stay here!
