I had an exceptional stay at the Grayson Hotel! These aren’t listed online, though you could request the following: a mini fridge, kettle for hot water, airport shuttle service etc. The team greeted and welcomed with genuine kindness and they were always there with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. It’s great for solo travelers, a great location, clean rooms, nice gym, and an extraordinary team. I just want to indicate these amazing staff members: Ian, Jasmine, Joshua, Michael, Shirley, Zack, & Nicholas. Exceptional service is becoming increasingly rare, which is why this experience stood out so much. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. They truly set the standard for what outstanding hospitality should look like. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Isaac

The room on the 16th floor was very very small. We had to turn to the side to walk around the bed.

Loved the rooftop bar. However after 7:00pm they do not let anyone under 21 up there. Our kids are 17 and 15. It would have been nice after a long day of walking to go up there have a snack and relax before going to our room. I understand small children you don't want running around and screaming up there to kill the ambiance but let teens of guests staying at the hotel up there at least until 9:00 pm.

We came for our anniversary and the Pride March and had a fabulous time. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would absolutely book here again.

Great location and beautiful rooftop. The room was slightly small for my taste and there was no where to put the suitcase. I expected to see more of the Empire state building as I booked a room with Empire view but I could only see it when I bent down or sat on the bed. Overall great experience. Will stay here again.

The hotel has a magnificent location. Super easy to walk to major attractions and metro stations. The breakfast was pricey but since the hotel is super well located you can grab something better at a more affordable price. I do recommend it.
