The hotel has a magnificent location. Super easy to walk to major attractions and metro stations. The breakfast was pricey but since the hotel is super well located you can grab something better at a more affordable price. I do recommend it.

As a first timer of NYC, I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. The location is excellent with quick access to N/W subway lines which take you most anywhere you’d want to go. The hotel appeared high end, had helpful and sincere staff at the front desk, the rooftop bar, and the ground floor restaurant. The view from the bar upstairs was breathtaking. The restaurant was delicious and staff was wonderful. The room was compact but well featured. The bathroom fixtures were modern yet timeless. The sink and shower flowed correctly without being clogged. The room was very clean. An umbrella was provided which came in handy to borrow during the rainy weekend. The elevators are fast and they have 3 always running. The rooms blackout curtains helped us sleep in well. The city view was a nice welcome to NYC. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Staff were very informative, nice, and quick to assist. The location is an ideal spot, and is easy to get to. The lobbies and floor were clean and modern. The rooms were also clean and modern and staff were quick to assist with anything needed or issues. Also a bonus, the rooftop bar is right on top, showing a clear site of the skyline and city, with nice aesthetics inside. It was nice to be able to head back to the room right after :D

Overall our stay was a 10/10. Only issue I had was the rooftop bartender would not acknowledge my credit. Other than that hotel was amazing!

Very clean and beautiful design. While the rooms are not too big, the design mitigated the potential of feeling claustrophobic with mirrors and windows strategically placed. Loved the window separating the bathroom from the bed. When traveling, I like to stay in hotels that offer breakfast. The hotel had a restaurant in the lobby level that offer great breakfast options. I enjoyed it very much.

One of our favorite hotels in NYC. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Our workouts are important to us so we especially appreciate the well-equipped fitness room. The rooftop bar has our favorite view of the Empire State Building. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is quiet, feels safe, and is convenient to anything we wish to do while in town.

I’m we were initially concerned about our stay as our room was supposed to be ready by 3, but as of 5:30/6, it was not. Thankfully, the rest of the time there was great. Room was clean and perfectly met our needs. Staff offered us a $50 restaurant credit for us having to wait so long for our room, which was fine. I’d rather have had a room credit, but was glad we got something. Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was perfect.

Staff were amazing. Hotel is in a good location. Room amenities were good. Didn’t have tea making facilities but I believe you can ask for these (I think). Although between 7-9am you can get coffee to go from the restaurant. Would definitely recommend

Very good location close to Macys, Empire State building and much more. Hotel is modern and in excellent condition. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Lovely roof top bar, great views and excellent buffet breakfast.
