We stayed at Green Harbor Resort for our recent vacation in Yarmouth. The registration staff is very friendly. The location is perfect with a bay and a private beach for residents. There is a pool on-site as well as a mini golf course and corn hole area. We stayed in one of the houses. My parents stayed on one side while my wife, daughter, and I stayed on the other side. Each house has one bedroom with a double and single bed to accomodate three people and there is also a murphy bed in the living room accomodate two more people. We made use of the kitchen as my wife has a gluten-free allergy and had difficulty finding food at the local restaurants. We bought some food at a nearby Stop & Shop and she cooked chicken on the stove. My only mild complaint is that there is only one air conditioner in the living room. There is nothing in the bedroom and with the recent heat wave, the bedroom felt warm even with the air conditioner cranked up. Otherwise, I would give this resort a perfect score. It is great for families both young and old.

We stayed at Green Harbor Resort over Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy, so the outdoor pool was closed. The staff gave us access to their sister properties, Blue Water and Red Jacket Resorts. We went to Blue Water since it has an indoor pool, but it was very crowded with kids and quite small, so we weren’t really able to swim or relax. Even without seeing the rooms at the sister properties, Green Harbor still felt much quieter and more peaceful, which we appreciated. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the location was great with mini golf and easy beach access. (But was raining whole weekend). My main concern is the bathroom ventilation. There was no exhaust fan, so odors would linger in the room for a long time and didn’t fully go away even with the window or door open. Because of the smell and poor ventilation, I ended up sneezing and feeling a bit unwell during the stay. Adding proper centilation would really improve comfort and air quality. Overall, I would still give it 4.5 stars and would recommend it for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Our stay was excellent and I will definitely return. We love Cape Cod in September and at Green Harbor everything you need is right there! Beach, pool, games - we used the mini golf course every day! Plus it’s a short drive to anything else you do want or need. The property is so well cared for and the staff is kind. The flowers all around the property are a nice touch.

Lovely relaxing family friendly resort on the beach with fun activities for the children. Staff very helpful. Large 2 bed apartment, very clean and spacious but very out of date furnishings. Sofas were uncomfortable and could benefit from some cushions.

We loved the private beach! It made going to the beach so much easier; there was no waiting to get in the beach parking lot, no paying $35.00 to park, no hauling beach chairs and umbrellas, and no crowded beach. It made the trip so much more relaxing!

This was a lovely property, much quieter than the other red jacket properties. Please be aware of the property that you book. Yes you can visit all the properties but the Green harbor has no poolside bar or music and definitely not as vibrant as the blue or the red. However, it was perfect for us! The area was much smaller so you could walk to beach quickly from your cabin. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The daily fresh brewed coffee was delicious an on the house! Also super close to Hyannis harbor where we went on a sunset cruise and had dinner at waterfront restaurant We will definitely stay again.
