Breakfast was yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins. Very limited. Room was clean, smelled good and shower was nice, tub was deep. Gym had the basics, clean as well. Parking was not too bad. Everyone cleared up in the morning so I was able to move my car in front of my room. Got to check in late, around 12am.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable and parking was easy. The continental breakfast was sparse, but adequate. Well worth what I paid and I would stay here again.

My sister and I had a lovely stay at Greentree Inn. The pillows were fluffy. There were plenty of towels, and enough room to accommodate a medium dog crate. The nearby freeway noise was barely noticeable and parking was close to our room. I would definitely recommend staying at this quaint motel.

The only issue I had was that I needed a receipt for my stay (to submit for work expenses) and they said they couldn’t give me one because I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I later found out that when booking through Hotels.com, if you choose the option “pay at property,” the hotel is suppose to give you a receipt when you check out. I finally reached the front desk later that day and they did email me a receipt. They apologized and made it right. It was just a long process to reach a live person at the actual property because all of the customer service phone numbers are AI. Other than that, the hotel is very comfortable and clean and is a perfect spot to stay when passing through Holbrook, AZ.

We were in need of a room unplanned during our travels. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay. Clean room, the beds were very comfortable, so much so we slept in later than usual. 😊 Our room was near the front office, parking was fine. I didn't notice anything that made us feel unsafe or skeptical. (Definitely a plus for two females traveling). Staff was friendly when checking in and very helpful. If we're ever in need of a room in Holbrook in the future, I would definitely stay again.
