Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent as well. We only stayed one night to break up a long drive but would definitely stay again!

There’s a small table that can be used in front of a chair that’s in the room and it would help greatly if there were wheels on that little stand so that you can move it around as you sit down and get up.

Absolutely perfect in every way. We often visit family in Asheville so for sure we will be back to enjoy the Hampton Inn on Tunnel Rd. Excellent delicious breakfast. Our well behaved little dog was a hit with staff and other guests. We really enjoyed

Breakfast was fantastic, hotel was clean and nicely appointed. Staff in the breakfast area were great. Loved the nightlight in the bathroom and the full bottles of soap / bathroom products instead of individual. Also, the property had a list of all the cool things going on in Ashville. That was a really nice touch.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The hotel itself felt safe the entire time, and the parking lot had plenty of spaces, which made coming and going easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was good each morning, and I appreciated that the hot food had a different twist each day for a little variety. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool and spa area, and the outdoor fire pit was a great place to relax in the evenings. The location is convenient for getting on the highway, and there are plenty of nearby places to eat.The immediate area does look a bit rundown, and there were several homeless individuals near the intersection where you turn in. Because of that, I didn’t feel comfortable walking, but driving across the street to restaurants felt safe. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, and we would stay here again if we were in the area.

We were very pleased with our stay. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and loved the location. We liked that it was not in downtown but yet convenient enough to areas of interest.

Very clean from room, to breakfast area, work out and pool area. All staff was excellent from front desk, cleaners to breakfast staff. All pleasant to deal with. Stay here every time we visit. Pool area and hot tub well maintained. No complaints. Great place to stay. Only suggestions would be to have a freezer in the room with mini fridge, a microwave in each room and the faucets in bathroom replaced. Very odd choice of bathroom faucet.
