Night light was out in the room. Went to front desk and told them. It was immediately fixed. Breakfast was very good and a nice variety. Staff was very friendly.

Room was very clean, staff were very kind and helpful with us having a dog during our stay. The breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay again if we were in the Buffalo area.

Convenient location, extremely clean, courteous, helpful staff. The only thing we didn’t like was during a four night stay the only housekeeping service we received was an exchange of dirty towels. No one came in to wipe surfaces down or make the bed. Not a dealbreaker, but certainly a nice touch during a four night stay.

The hotel is kind of off by itself, but it was lovely & super clean! I would absolutely stay there again if in the area. We loved the big bathroom!!! Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the coffee/tea available all day.

After fleeing not one, but TWO absolutely horrifying hotels that looked like they were auditioning for a low-budget crime documentary, walking into the Hampton Inn felt like stepping into the Promised Land. The second those doors opened, it was like the heavens parted and angels started singing. The lobby was spotless, the air actually smelled clean, and for the first time all day I didn’t feel the need to sanitize every surface within a 10-foot radius. The staff here deserves a standing ovation. From the moment we arrived looking exhausted and defeated, they treated us like family. Every single employee was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and honestly restored my faith in hotels altogether. The room? Immaculate. Crisp sheets, sparkling bathroom, comfortable bed, and not a single questionable stain or weird smell in sight. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like finally being rescued after surviving a nightmare travel experience. I cannot say enough good things about this Hampton Inn. If you want cleanliness, professionalism, and staff that actually cares about guests, THIS is the place. After the disasters we experienced before arriving here, this hotel was truly a breath of fresh air in every possible way. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough.
