This was a very convenient hotel for the Denver airport. There are many good restaurants nearby. I gave it 4/5 for staff because the check-in person did not ask us if we had a car. You have to register your car because they have a parking monitoring company that can tow your car if it is illegally parked. Parking is $12.50/night, but they never asked. The only reason I avoided this was that they had a sign by the front door on how to register with the parking company. You can also just notify the desk and take care of it there. Imagine going to your car to get to the airport to find it towed. The desk person said that would not have happened, but it is an extremely scary possibility. I do not recall Hotels.com asking if we would have a car to notify the hotel. The hotel manager said that this was an issue with third party booking companies like Hotels.com. So, if you will have a car there, be sure to tell the staff at check in. The reason I gave 4/5 for amenities is that the well equipped workout room was closed for renovation. Otherwise, it was a usual wonderful Hampton Inn, and it served our purposes well. There is a wide variety of restaurants and gas stations nearby. It is a 10 minute drive to the car rental return.

Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful with providing a late checkout (have your Hilton Honors number ready to share). You don’t have to call them to get the shuttle from the airport, they run every half hour. I can’t say anything about the breakfast because we always go to the Moonlight diner that is 100 feet from the front door of the hotel, but it looked popular I saw birthday cake waffle makers and batter, which I may have to try next time.

I checked in after 1am following a flight from Thailand. Neikey (Nicky) was so amazing and kind. She could see how tired I was after being on a plane for 23 hours and gave me a late check out. She is a great ambassador for Hampton Inn and was so wonderful.

I would stay here anytime I have to stay in Denver. Staff are wonderful. The cleanliness is top notch. Breakfast Buffett was kept clean and the eggs and bacon, potatoes Were amazing! I left my purse on a bench where one sits to Wait on airport bus ; however , when the bus came I got up with my husband snd my backpack and suitcases and we got on the bus … sitting there waiting, I noticed I did not have my purse. As I headed back into the hotel , l the hotel clerk ( dark curly hair), brought me my handbag. I gave her the biggest hug! So yes. I will always be back to The Hampton Inn on Tower Road! Even during major renovation, the staff are kind and accommodating. We stay here regularly for our work and are happy with its location , the Customer Service, and the surrounding location for restaurants and airport.
