The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast consistently good. Plenty of areas to walk the dogs, and in a very safe area.

The balcony room was awesome. Beautiful view and relaxing. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. I will stay there again.

The staff at Hampton Inn in Helen were extremely helpful and personable. They went beyond expectations, even making sure fresh cookies were available when we returned for the evening. The breakfast was not as extensive as other Hampton Inn locations, but the food was hot and fresh. Our stay there was very pleasant.

I loved this property. The staff was so polite when we got there. They offered us water and fresh baked cookies. They were funny and kind. The parking was complimentary. The room was very well maintained and the property was in the heart of Helen. The breakfast was very nice. Not only was the area very clean but it was well stocked with choices.

Overall, great stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and aligned with Helen theme. The building is obviously old but well maintained. Staffs were nice and informative. Great stay! Fresh cookies' a plus.

The check-in/check-out process was flawless. The staff was very friendly and offered us fresh-baked cookies upon arrival. It is very conveniently located to EVERYTHING in Helen being just a block on the main street. The river runs right through the back of the property and is accessible from the pool area. Great location!
