We stay here every summer for a reason! Rooms are always super clean, beds are comfortable, and bathroom is always spotless. Elevators and lobby are always spotless and welcoming, and the staff never fails to greet you. Breakfast is my favorite part. There are plenty of options, with the scrambled eggs and sausage always being my favorite. But if you want something lighter, there are plenty of options. Best part for us? Everything is within walking distance— including ice cream right across the street every night! This is our go to place in the white mountains, and will be for a long time to come.

What a great hotel. Very clear that the manager goes out of her way to be helpful - and the staff have learnt that approach as well. Not sure how old the hotel is but it feels very new. Room was big (king size bed) and had lots of drawer space with a small wardrobe for hanging (look behind the sliding door for the en suite). There's a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Standard breakfast included with a reasonable selection. Hotel had a fitness centre and pool (didn't use either) and is pet friendly. Definitely recommend - the only downside is they don't have anywhere to store luggage. But for most this won't be a problem - I don't think many non-drivers head up here.

The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. Breakfast was good and the woman working the kitchen/dining room was excellent. The shampoo dispenser was empty and there weren't any water cups in the bathroom.

The room was very clean. The property was beautiful, the breakfast and the woman working. The breakfast was fantastic. When we checked in the person working, the front desk didn't seem very happy about anything. No smile, they were putting chips up on the shelf and were filling like a cooler or something. And we stood there for I don't know, maybe forty five seconds, and then I kind of said, i'm sorry, do you work here? And I got a well be right with you.But never a smile or thank you for waiting or just not anything.I've ever experienced checking into a hotel before
