The staff at this hampton inn is excellent. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was tidy, peaceful, and had cozy beds. Its simple to get around town because the property is close to several subway stations. We had a great time during our stay. The breakfast was excellent.

I have to say that my stay was very good, i came for business and stayed three nights. The bed was soft and for those who complained about the heating and that, in my case everything worked perfectly. If at any time the hot water does not come out of the shower, i recommend leaving it open for a few minutes and it will start to come out. The reception staff is very friendly and in my case there was a lady who speaks spanish, i speak english but anyway, it is nice to see someone who can speak your own language. The hotel is in a quiet area and the rooms are not very large, but they allow for a good and relaxing stay. Dont hesitate to ask what you need at the reception, they will give you great customer service within their own possibilities (as long as it is not crazy of course. Oh, and regarding the rate, remember that this is Manhattan so it was within the price range of the city.

This is a decent budgetfriendly hotel in a convenient location in the financial district of nyc. The hotel is close to the subway, and there are three stations within a 5minute walk. The staff at checkin was friendly and welcoming at other times. The room is small and basic. This is new york and the hotel is a brand of the hampton inn, so i wasnt expecting much. The shower is disappointingly weak. The photos on the website do not accurately represent the actual situation.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable, what else is needed. They have parking a few blocks away and its secure. They also offer a decent breakfast and hot coffee. It was perfect for our visit as we are not in the room much.

Hotel ini terletak di Distrik keuangan selatan Pulau Manhattan. Meskipun cukup jauh dari kawasan Kota Daging yang merupakan tempat terpusatnya tempat-tempat wisata, namun nyaman untuk berkeliling karena terdapat beberapa jalur kereta bawah tanah di dekatnya. Kamar hotel sudah tua dan usang. Saya tidak tahu apakah kamar mandinya sudah direnovasi, tapi tidak baru, tapi bersih. Ukuran kamar cukup kecil. Lemari hanya memiliki tempat tidur, meja, dan kursi. Lumayan kalau cuma tidur. Yang menarik dari tempat ini adalah mereka menyajikan sarapan yang sederhana namun lezat. Itu tidak bagus, tapi tidak buruk. Mungkin karena sedang peak season di bulan Juli, jadi harganya tidak murah.

I heartily endorse the hampton inn in new yorks financial district. My family was exhausted after flying for six hours and arriving early and traveling with my infant grandson. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and accommodating in arranging for us to be immediately assigned a room so we could take care of the infant and get some muchneeded rest.

Location nqrw 1 and more are easily accessible, but those are the lines used on this trip. Easy to find, lots of things around. Service a front desk staff was 5. The rooms were unexpectedly spacious for new york city and the age of the building. Consider staying there if you are staying downtown rather than midtown.

Our stay at the Hampton inn was generally positive. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, except at night when we had a few instances where we were hung up and received unresponsive service. The elevator to the fifth floor was a bit slow at times. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the room clean and providing services the day after christmas. The bathroom door was a bit difficult to open and close. The free breakfast was just average, with undercooked potatoes. We enjoyed the first night when we received cookies and drinks at the front desk. A good hotel location in terms of value for visits to the statue of liberty and the surrounding area.

The people who run this place are very good. The rooms are a bit small, but its a good value and much better than the doubletree a block over, on stone street. And the Hampton offers free breakfast, while the doubletrees breakfast is way too expensive at $22 per person.

The location is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and the price is very good value. Walking distance from super markets and various wellknown areas. Rockerfellar centre, 5th avenue, central park and radio city music hall.

Even though the room was small, it was very comfortable and clean. The location is good, but there is no parking. The breakfast is delicious and varied. There is no electricity in the shower, it took about 30 minutes to shower, i have never seen that in my life.

We were in town for a wedding and many of us stayed here and had a great time. So overall, great. But a few hours after checkout we realized we left a drawer full of clothes in our room. I frantically called the hotel and ashley calmly told me they would look for it and let me know within an hour. They found the clothes, looked all over the room to be sure and found my daughters very special bunny that she cannot be without and saved it for us. Thank you, khalil! We didnt know how much trouble we were in, but the hampton inn saved us. They were responsive and very nice. We are grateful to ashley, khalil and Jonathan for their efforts on our behalf. Its no wonder our stay went so smoothly, the people there go above and beyond.

The hotel is conveniently located near the water, restaurants, and mass transit, and close to battery park, south seaport, and other attractions. The bed is small, and customer service is inconsistent. Some were warm and friendly, while others didnt even acknowledge your existence. I had trouble switching channels on the tv due to the remote control and static within the tv, which forced me to move it to get a clearer picture. It was a good stay, but nothing to rave about. It fulfilled its purpose.

The front desk staff is excellent. Abby is fantastic. The room is just fine, it is typical of a typical hotel room in nyc. The beds are quite firm. Ac and heating are a little anemic. The shower is excellent. Breakfast is provided, but nothing special. They need better snack options after hours and should at least provide bottled water in the rooms.

Excellent value for the money. The area is ideal for those seeking a quieter setting than midtown or for downtown tourism or business. Although some of the rooms are a little gloomy during the day, the blackout blinds are excellent, and the bed is cozy. The rooms are small, but this is new york, and they are ideal if you dont intend to spend much time in the room. The rooms can be noisy, both from the thin walls and the outside bars and music. This gets worse generally by the end of the week. The morning staff can be a little meh, but the afternoon staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a classic good hampton meal and opens at 6 a. M., which was appreciated.

In general, a good hampton inn. The rooms are on the smaller side and lack the usual amenities you would expect from a Hampton inn. Unfortunately, during my stay, the breakfast service was slightly less than stellar due to a lack of staff and limited options. At least during my stay, the value for money was good especially for new york was good.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Always greeted with a smile and hello. The hotel is in a great location not far from the staten island ferry, 911 memorial, and battery park. If you like walking, we walked to empire state and central park. There are many subway entrances and the financial district was quieter than times square. The rooms are a good size with a hairdryer and all the gels and soaps. Air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the room has a onecup coffee maker but there is plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby that is free. Didnt need to use hotel wifi but it was convenient knowing it was there. The rooms are kept clean by the maids. I highly recommend this hotel. There are some great pubs, shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the white horse good irish bar.
