Place has 100.00 sanitation rating, which is well deserved never came across a bit of trash or dirt inside or out or the place.

The facilities were nice. Although the floor indicated it was no smoking it unfortunately still smelled if smoke. However, my room did not. It was clean, filled with clean towels, linens, etc. The breakfast was good. And staff was friendly and professional. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed there the night before my surgery the next day at UNC Hospital, which is right next door. They room and facility were immaculate and we will definitely stay here again.

From check-in to check-out the staff was friendly and helpful. My husband remarked that he really liked the mattress - first time ever hearing this from him! I liked their scrambled eggs - much better than most hotels we visit. All in all, a great little hotel.
