The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They don’t clean your room every day, but if you want it cleaned, they will clean it. Since I am not a messy person, I just asked for clean towels and other necessities as I needed them so I was fine with that. All in all, our five nights here were great.

Excellent hotel, super clean. Staff amazing. Breakfasts very good compared with too many hotels. There is a walking trail to the port where all restaurants are located and it takes you around 25 minutes walking. Which is not bad. This hotel is a place to stay

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Looks like a newer hotel. Staff was nice. Not good far of a drive to the waterfront. Booked a room that was supposed to have partial view of the Morro Rock. It was a view of the road. No rock. And the 2 supercharger stations did not work.

My family was only there for one night and we enjoyed ourselves so much! We booked through Hotels and they even gave us an option of which floor we wanted, which never happens when booking through Hotels. We normally have to take what we are given. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It was clean and inviting. Overall we had a wonderful stay and my kids want to go back to that hotel. 🙂

We were 3 and 1 child who stayed at this lovely hotel, everyone was so nice. Beds are a bit soft, I’m use to a more firm bed, but managed. We had a full breakfast next morning, was wonderful, coffee was great.
