Everything was clean, inside and out. And with first impressions being so important, Leslie was very nice and very helpful. Very professional.

Breakfast was very good. Even when we came to eat, with 5 minutes to go, there was plenty to eat and the staff did not rush you which was very nice. The woman who checked us in, Leslie(?) was super.

The staff was very attentive. Izak was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was very accommodating to some special needs. I didn't appreciate having to sign up for the Hilton honors to get access to the wifi. Overall a good stay and would stay there again and would feel comfortable recommending to others

This hotel is a premium hotel with staff this is top-notch! In particular, the young man, Izaak, was the absolute best! He is the #1 front-desk attendant we have ever encountered, bar none! This man received us with grace when we arrived, answered all our questions without hesitation and served us well.

Great place to stay. Close to beaches, Chesterton Market, Michigan City. and more.. Just off interstate. Staff were so helpful. Decent breakfast. We only received 1 hand towel, should have asked for more. We would definitely stayhere again.

The web site stated that the pet fee was $50, but when we checked in the fee was stated as being $75. The pet area is mostly dirt and not well maintained. I do not think I would return to this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was impossible - stations didn't match the guide and some that were supposed to be there weren't. That was irritating.

Breakfast looked bad…passed. Lobby smelled. Room smelled, A/C noisy. TV cabinet rattled loudly just from walking across the floor.

No fault of the Hampton Inn. We could not stay due to tornados the previous day. There was no electricity. Rooms/property could not be cleaned after housing people during the tornados. Two managers greeted us with the unfortunate news. They had no phones to be able to report issues or respond to calls. Experian is the issue. Payment was made to them. Because they can not reach hotel, no power, we haven't been approved for refund. I believe Experian should go the extra mile to verify what we have shared. I am sure there are other users who are having same issue/story. Our thanks to hotel staff who were there to inform us even though their homes had some damages. Also thank you to the hotelbwho housed people during the storms. We expect a full refund.
