Everything was nice as usual. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms are always clean. I always make reservations here at Salisbury Hampton when I'm visit and need a place to stay. Never have had any issues with rooms or staff. Love it there.

This was a really nice hotel. The staff was super friendly. It has an awesome outdoor patio outback of the pool to hang out at night.

The staff was professional and kind. I was exhausted from traveling when I arrived. Check-in was effortless; app was not working. Good location close to food establishments. I did not eat breakfast this stay. I checked out; forgot my phone charger. I was surprised that it was turned in to lost and found by the housekeeper. I had time to retrieve it prior to leaving the city. I would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff member who checked us in was a young lady who handled an issue with my reservation with great care and professionalism. The issue was not the hotel’s fault, but she showed genuine concern, remained very pleasant throughout the interaction, and was able to resolve everything quickly. Customer service is very important to me because I believe it reflects the face of a company. She represented the hotel brand extremely well, and her positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. Unfortunately I was unable to get her name, as I was busy trying to get my four year-old granddaughter in order.
