We stayed 6days and when we got there I had some problems with Expedia booking my room ..The hotel staff was amazing made sure I didn’t have to change rooms 2times .They made you feel so welcome. The only thing I didn’t care for is your paying for a room and you go down to the pool and you see teenagers jumping the fence to hang out at the pool and swim. And parents that are not staying at the hotel leaving there kids at the pool while they go to the beach. But I will be coming back soon for a girls trip.

We had the best time here, perfect location on the beach, we even got to enjoy a beautiful ocean view from our balcany thanks to the upgraded room we were given. Our 4 year old loved the pool and both he and our 5 month old puppy enjoyed taking the short convenient walk to the beach to play.

Excellent. everything. room was clean. spacious. clean. linens were fresh and bathroom was clean. ocean view was spectacular. easy beach access and showers to clean off the sand. Breakfast was excellent. pretty much anything you'd want for a continental breakfast. variety and fresh. excellent stay. Will stay again.

The hotel was great, staff incredibly nice and helpful. I was able to upgrade to a beach side room which was more money but the view was amazing. I do think it is ridiculous to have to pay for parking at a hotel just because it’s on a beach.

The staff is amazing!! The front desk ladies treat you like family. Breakfast had plenty of options and very well stocked. The pool area was very well kept. The hot tub was perfect!! This was our second time there and we will definitely be going back again.

The breakfast was the same as all other hotels but the cleanliness was much better. The room was nice but the doors didn't close quietly (you had to kind of force them to close and the they slammed all night long) there was a $15 dollar charge per day to park your own vehicle and the spots were very limited and tight, I do have a handicap plate and even they were very few and mostly reserved for Dimond members ONLY???

Property and staff were excellent. Breakfast was satisfactory. Location excellent for beach activities. Just steps from beach. Good restaurants nearby and a short drive to historic St. Augustine Only request is more grassy area for pets
