This was a very clean hotel for a quick trip to Mentor for a wedding. It was very close. Perfect spot! We will stay there again.

We stayed in room 223 The only complain I have about that room is the shower head leak and the refrigerator was wobbly and did not get cold. So I would not say leftovers in that room if you want to use the refrigerator it's not safe other than that everything was great hotel Steph was great there are geese that patrol the outside but they are friendly fish as long as your dogs don't mess with them. Breakfast was good for a hotel different-ish everyday 10 out of 10 recommend this hotel if you're unfortunate enough to have to be in Ohio.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Despite the fact that there was a power outage due to an accident, the staff was able to check us in and give us access to our room promptly. They provided us with free snacks and water bottles, which was unnecessary but much appreciated. The breakfast was hot and there was plenty to choose from. We would definitely recommend this property.

The young lady that took care of us so we came in with such a pleasure to work with. Very kind and very welcoming, and we really appreciated that. We had asked for a few amenities that we needed for our room and she took care of any immediately for us. Anyway, we will definitely be back to this location. Wonderful time.

I wish there was a pool but this hotel was great for my one night stay. I love anything Hilton. My only other critique is the eggs. The texture is slimy but the rest of the free breakfast was amazing!

Had a great stay. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional. They provided an excellent full hot breakfast that included seasoned potatoes, eggs, bacon and sausage. Pleasantly surprised by fresh cut up fruit provided. Housekeeping was very good. The room was clean and spacious. Very handicapped accessible. This by far is the best Hampton Inn and Suites I have stayed in nationwide.

Very clean and well appointed room. Quiet, comfortable bed. Very good complimentary breakfast. Fast and easy check-in. Great staff. Try Noosa across the street for dinner. It was so good!

Top Marks go to the staff. Everyone one I came into contact with was about proving quality customer service. With a shout out to Vinny and Cheyenne, thank you for helping to make my stay great. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was what I needed after driving 6 hours. The breakfest was very good with great selection. I definitely will be making my reservations with Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland Mentor next time I'm in the area. Thank you for a great experience.

Great place to stay. Amazing gym. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Perfect spot if you want to be close to all the action. Clean rooms and the breakfast is one of the best in town.
