Very nice hotel. Didn’t think I’d like it as much as I did. Literally has all things you’d want in a hotel Breakfast, pool and hot tub Bus and light rail so close to walk to which makes everything easy to commute too

Arrived during a downpour, so having a safe garage was key. The two hotels sharing joined buildings was confusing at first, but the staff was happy to direct. Late dinner at the bar was a great option!

Have stayed at this location before and property is excellently situated for getting around urban Minneapolis. Hotel was very clean, staff extremely helpful, indoor pool was great, etc. No complaints whatsoever about my recent lodging experience at Hampton Inn & Suites - Minneapolis University Area and will be staying here again!

This has been the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! Very clean, lovely decor, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! We ended up getting supper later in the evening and I spilled rice on the floor and asked the gal working, Sara, if I could get a vacuum to clean it up. She was very nice and said she would work it out! I ended up getting it cleaned myself and let her know and she assured me that if something more was needed to let her know. We also couldn't get a few sets of keys to work and the gentleman that came up to fix it was great! Got it fixed and we had no more issues!! We WILL stay here again if in the area!! Thank you so much!! Oh, and breakfast was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was one of the most comfortable beds. I slept in in a while, and having a Jacuzzi on site was a major plus! After a long day traveling, I needed to get some heat on my back. If we come back to Minneapolis, we will definitely pick this property.

It's close to the U of M medical facilities which is why we chose here the first time but now we return because it is clean and well maintained. Also, the you hotel is locked at all times so people cannot just walk in off the street.
