Loved everything about this place, the only very small snag was that the game we want to ended around 4:00, and we were told by the front staff that the bar in the hotel opens at 5:00. Great for us, since it’s all right there….but unfortunately the bar was not open. We went back by at around 6:30 and it was still not open. No sign or anything. Bummer

Everything was fantastic other then the paid parking i thought was a bit ridiculous for 5 days cost me 220 dollars for parking was very disappointing the only place ive ever had to pay for parking was Vegas and 220 bucks for 5 days was more then Vegas get a good deal on hotel but then have to pay an outrageous amount to park so you save nothing end.

Centralt hotell med bra frukost som ingick. Sköna sängar, bra AC och ett mindre gym med löpband, cykel, hantlar och dragmaskin. Finns gatuparkeringar precis utanför så du slipper betala dyrt för garageplatser.

The BEST staff. I had an issue with my booking for my stay, and it was the fault of a 3rd party I booked with but the staff at this hotel went the full mile to help me. I can not tell you have much we appreciated that. It was an excellent stay in every way

Every single staff member that we interacted with during the duration of our stay was extremely helpful, accommodating, and kind! Our room was pleasant and clean- and breakfast was wonderful (and extremely helpful while on a time crunch with two small children) Our check-in host and valet assistant were particularly helpful. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

I stayed here for one night with my son, and from the moment we pulled up to valet to the moment we pulled away the next morning, everything was perfect. Every single staff member we encountered was kind and respectful. Our room was clean, quiet, and just what we needed for one night. Pricing was fair for the room and for parking our rental car. We also thoroughly enjoyed breakfast the next morning and were grateful to not have to spend a fortune at the airport. I would fully recommend staying here and would do so again. Thank you!

This was the ideal hotel. Located in the downtown area of Phoenix close to restaurants, sports venues, and other entertainment. Monica at the front desk was the most courteous and made us feel very welcome. We were provided snacks and refreshments upon arriving. Rooms were very clean and it was very quiet. Slept like a baby. I used the gym which was great. I have a Peloton bike and was able to use theirs. Breakfast was awesome with a variety of breakfast items. Coffee was very good. I was very pleased with this hotel and will stay there again. Price was good as well.

I really enjoyed our recent 4 nights at the Hampton Inn. We came in for a volleyball tournament. The bed was comfortable, the room and lobby were well maintained. The property was only 4 walkable blocks from the Phoenix Convention Center West Hall. I didn’t even care about the heat because the walk was so easy. The daily breakfast was really good (wished the weekday breakfast goes a little longer than 9am) and it was included with the room. We checked in at 1am and I needed to call the property to let them know the late arrival. Finding a local number for the hotel was difficult. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
