Tylee at front desk and Jessica in breakfast area were topnotch and both were recent hires. Excellent customer service skills. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Parking staff accessible and safe. Breakfast was far beyond usual. Cheese omelets, sausage links, grits, bagels, cranberry scones, muffins, waffles surprisingly good. Very clean - ranked 100% by health department which I have never seen before. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn and hope it measured up to this one.

Staff was courteous and engaging. Great breakfast offerings. Clean lobby, breakfast area, and room. Very comfortable bed and lots of choices on the entertainment system. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend and will book again next time we are in the area.

We stayed at the Hampton while visiting family for the weekend. My husband and I used to stay here years ago and we decided to stay here because they are pet friendly. I have to say it was a wonderful experience. We were greeted by the hotel staff with smiles and a helpful demeanor. Not just the reservation staff but ALL the staff. I don’t think I have ever been to a hotel where the staff was as friendly as here. The hotel has undergone some upgrades and felt clean even in the hallways. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We were offered fresh coffee when we arrived and for breakfast. I would most certainly recommend this hotel. We will return for another stay the next time we are in Washington.

The rooms and the whole hotel were super clean, and renovated. The nicest Hampton Inn I ever stayed in :) The staff are also super-friendly and kind! Especially Laura and Brandi!
